क्रमांक एफ 4-20/2016/18.⸺ छत्तीसगढ़ नगरपालिका अधिनियम, 1961 (क्रमांक 37 सन् 1961) की धारा 86 सहपठित धारा 355 की उपधारा (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, राज्य सरकार, एतद्द्वारा, छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य नगरपालिका (कार्यपालन/यांत्रिकी/स्वास्थ्य) सेवा, भर्ती तथा सेवा की शर्तें नियम, 2017 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करता है, अर्थात् :-
संशोधन
उक्त नियमों की अनुसूची में,-
1. अनुसूची-एक के सरल क्रमांक 05 के कॉलम (3) में, अंक ''1'' के स्थान पर अंक ''2'' प्रतिस्थापित किया जाये। 2. अनुसूची-एक के सरल क्रमांक 05 के कॉलम (6) में, निम्नलिखित अंतःस्थापित किया जाये, अर्थात् :-
''01 पद राज्य शहरी विकास अभिकरण में विशेष कर्तव्यस्थ अधिकारी (तकनीकी) के पद पर प्रतिनियुक्ति हेतु।''
3. अनुसूची-दो के सरल क्रमांक 05 के कॉलम (3) में, अंक ''1'' के स्थान पर अंक ''2'' प्रतिस्थापित किया जाये।

क्रमांक एफ 4-20/2016/18.⸺ भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 348 के खण्ड (3) के अनुसरण में इस विभाग की अधिसूचना क्रमांक एफ 4-20/2016/18, दिनांक 10-12-2021 का अंग्रेजी अनुवाद राज्यपाल के प्राधिकार से एतद्द्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है। Atal Nagar, the 10th December 2021
NOTIFICATION
No. F 4-20/2016/18.⸺ In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 86 read with sub-section (2) of Section 355 of the Chhattisgarh Municipalities Act, 1961 (No. 37 of 1961), the State Government, hereby makes the following further amendment in the Chhattisgarh State Municipal (Executive/ Engineering/Health) Services, Recruitment and Conditions of Services Rules, 2017, namely :-
AMENDMENT
In Schedule of the said rules,-
1. In Column (3) of Serial Number 5 of Scheduled-I for the figure "1", the figure "2" shall be substituted.
2. In Column (6) of Serial Number 5 of Scheduled-I, the following shall be inserted, namely:-
"01 Post shall be for deputation to State Urban Development Agency as Officer on Special Duty (Technical)."
3. In Column (3) of Serial Number 5 of Scheduled-II, for the figure "1", the figure "2" shall be substituted.
