क्रमांक 5127/2563/22-1/2021.⸺ छत्तीसगढ़ पंचायत राज अधिनियम, 1993 (क्रमांक 01 सन् 1994) की धारा 95 की उप-धारा (1) सहपठित धारा 43 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, राज्य सरकार, एतद्द्वारा छत्तीसगढ़ पंचायत (उपसरपंच, अध्यक्ष एवं उपाध्यक्ष) निर्वाचन नियम, 1995 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्ः-

उक्त नियमों में,-
नियम-20 में, शब्द ''जितनी जल्दी हो सके,'' के स्थान पर, शब्द '',रिक्त होने की तिथि से 30 दिवस के भीतर,'' प्रतिस्थापित किया जाये.
No. 5127/2563/22-1/2021.⸺ In exercise of the powers conferred sub-section (1) of Section 95 read with Section 43 of the Chhattisgarh Panchayat Raj Adhiniyam, 1993 (No. 1 of 1994), the State Government, hereby, makes the following further amendment in the Chhattisgarh Panchayat (Upsarpanch, President and Vice President) Nirvachan Niyam, 1995, namely:-

In the said rules,-
In rule 20, for the words "shall as soon as may be", the words "within 30 days from the date of occurrence of vacancy, shall" shall be substituted.
