क्रमांक एफ 5-10/आठ-परि./2021.⸺ मोटरयान अधिनियम, 1988 (1988 का सं. 59) की धारा 67 की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, तथा विभागीय अधिसूचना क्रमांक एफ 5-13/आठ-परि. /2015, दिनांक 25 अगस्त, 2015 को अधिक्रमित करते हुए, राज्य सरकार एतद्द्वारा, राज्य में राज्य परिवहन प्राधिकार तथा क्षेत्रीय परिवहन प्राधिकार को उसमें उल्लिखित किराया को निर्धारित करने के संबंध में निम्नलिखित निर्देश जारी करती हैः-

नीचे दी गई अनुसूची में कॉलम (1) में विनिर्दिष्ट प्रकार के संविदा वाहन एवं प्रक्रम वाहन के रूप में संचालित नगर वाहनों के किलोमीटर मापित दूरी के लिए प्रभार्य अधिकतम भाड़ा, उक्त अनुसूची के कॉलम (2) में उनके सामने तत्स्थानी प्रविष्टियों में विनिर्दिष्ट दर से होगाः-

NOTIFICATION
No. F 5-10/VIII-Trans./2021.⸺ In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 67 of the Motor Vehicle Act, 1988 (No. 59 of 1988) and in supersession of Department Notification No. F 5-13/viii- Trans./2015, dated 25th August, 2015, the State Government, hereby, issues the following directions to the State Transport Authority and the Regional Transport Authority in the State, regarding fixing of fares mentioned therein:-
DIRECTIONS
The maximum fare chargeable to the distance measured in kilometers for the type of contract Carriage and State Carriage of City Buses specified in column (1) of the Schedule below shall be at the rates specified in corresponding entries against them in the column (2) of the said Schedule:-
