अधिसूचना
क्रमांक एफ 1-1/2012/1-3. - यतः, भारत के संविधान की पांचवीं अनुसूची के पैरा 5 के उप-पैरा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, छत्तीसगढ़ के राज्यपाल ने भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के अंतर्गत राज्य शासन द्वारा बनाये गये छत्तीसगढ़ सिविल सेवा (सेवा की सामान्य शर्ते) नियम, 1961 के नियम 5 में उल्लिखित "नियुक्ति के लिए पात्रता" संबंधी प्रावधान को, समसंख्यक अधिसूचना क्रमांक एफ-1-1/2012/1-3, दिनांक 17 जनवरी, 2012 द्वारा उपांतरित करते हुए, आदेशित किया था कि "इन नियमों में अथवा तत्समय प्रवृत्त किसी अन्य अधिनियम, आदेश, निर्देश, नियम अथवा विधि में अंतर्विष्ट किसी बात के होते हुए भी, बस्तर तथा सरगुजा संभाग के अंतर्गत आने वाले जिलों के मात्र स्थानीय निवासी ही, उक्त अधिसूचना के जारी होने के दिनांक से दो वर्ष की कालावधि के लिए. संबंधित जिलों के विभिन्न विभागों में जिला संवर्ग के तृतीय श्रेणी तथा चतुर्थ श्रेणी के पदों में उदभूत रिक्तियों पर भर्ती हेतु पात्र होंगे;"
अतएव, उक्त अधिसूचना के अंत में निम्नानुसार जोड़ा जाए, अर्थात् :-
"बस्तर तथा सरगुजा संभाग के जिला स्तरीय एवं संभाग स्तरीय तृतीय श्रेणी एवं चतुर्थ श्रेणी के पदों में उदभूत रिक्तियों पर भर्ती हेतु उक्त संभाग के मात्र स्थानीय निवासी ही पात्र होंगे, जो कि दिनांक 31 दिसंबर, 2023 की कालावधि के लिए निरंतर प्रवृत्त रहेगा."

क्रमांक एफ 1-1/2012/1-3. - भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 348 के खण्ड (3) के अनुसरण में इस विभाग की अधिसूचना क्रमांक एफ 1-1/2012/1-3, दिनांक 11-01-2022 का अंग्रेजी अनुवाद राज्यपाल के प्राधिकार से एतदद्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है.

No. F 1-1/2012/1-3 . - Whereas, in exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-Para (1) of para 5 of the Fifth Schedule to the Constitution of India, the Governor of Chhattisgarh, modifying the provision regarding "eligibility for appointment" mentioned in rule 5 of the Chhattisgarh Civil Services (General Condition of Services) Rules, 1961 made by the State Government under Article 309 of the Constitution of India vide Notification No. F-1-1/2012/1-3, Dated 17th January, 2012, had orderd that "notwithstanding anything contained in these rules or any other Act, Order, Direction, Rules or Law for the time being in force, only local residents of the districts falling under Baster and Sarguja Divisions, shall be eligible for recruitment to the vacancies arising in Class-III and Class-IV posts of the district cadre in various departments of the concerned districts, for a period of two years from the date of issue of the said Notification;"
Now Therefore, at the end of the said Notification the following shall be added, namely :-
"Only Local residents of the said Division will be eligible for recruitment on the vacancies arising in the posts of Class-III and Class-IV at the district level of Baster and Sarguja Divisions, which shall remain continuously in force for the period of 31st December, 2023."
