अधिसूचना
क्रमांक एफ 2019-04-04884/वित्त/नियम/चार. ― राज्य शासन द्वारा जारी अधिसूचना क्रमांक 977/सी-761/वि./नि./चार/04, दिनांक 27 अक्टूबर, 2004 को दिनांक 1-11-2004 अथवा इसके पश्चात् राज्य शासन के पेंशन योग्य स्थापना में नियुक्त समस्त कर्मचारियों के लिये एक नई परिभाषित अंशदान आधारित पेंशन योजना लागू की गई है, राज्य शासन, एतद्द्वारा उक्त योजना में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती हैं, अर्थात् :-

उक्त योजना में,-
बिन्दु क्रमांक 2 के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जाये, अर्थात् :-
''2. प्रत्येक कर्मचारी अंशदायी पेंशन योजना में अपने मूल वेतन तथा महंगाई भत्ते के 10 प्रतिशत के समान मासिक अंशदान करेगा तथा राज्य शासन का मासिक अंशदान कर्मचारी के वेतन और महंगाई भत्ते का 14 प्रतिशत होगा.'' Atal Nagar, the 3rd February 2022
NOTIFICATION
No. F-2019-04-04884/Finance/Rules/IV. ― The Government of Chhattisgarh issued the Notification No. 977/761/F/R/04, dated 27th October, 2004 by the introduction of a new Contributory Pension Scheme based on Defined Contribution for all the employees, who are recruited to a Pensionable establishment of the Government of Chhattisgarh on or after 1-11-2004, the State Government, hereby, makes the following amendment in the said scheme, namely :-
AMENDMENT
In the said scheme,-
For point number 2, the following shall be substituted, namely :-
"2. Each employee will pay a monthly contribution of 10% of Basic Pay and dearness allowance from his salary to the Contributory Pension Scheme and monthly contribution of the State Government will be 14% of the salary and dearness allowance of the employee."
This amendment shall be effective from 01-04-2022.
