क्रमांक एफ 2-5/2019/19/स्था-3. ― भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, छत्तीसगढ़ के राज्यपाल,एतद्द्वारा, छत्तीसगढ़ लोक निर्माण विभाग (अराजपत्रित) सेवा भर्ती नियम, 2016 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करते हैं, अर्थात् :-
संशोधन
उक्त नियमों में,-
1. नियम 18 के उप-नियम (1) के खण्ड (क) के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जाये, अर्थात् :-
''(क) सेवा में सीधे भर्ती किया गया प्रत्येक व्यक्ति, 3 वर्ष की कालावधि के लिए परिवीक्षा पर नियुक्त किया जायेगा।'' Atal Nagar, the 22nd January 2022
NOTIFICATION
No. एफ 2-5/2019/19/स्था-3. ― In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Chhattisgarh, hereby, makes the following amendment in the Chhattisgarh Public Works Department (Non-Gazetted) Service Recruitment Rules, 2016 namely :-
AMENDMENT
In the said rules,-
1. For clause (a) of sub-rule (1) of rule 18, the following shall be substituted, namely :-
"(a) Every person recruited directly to the service shall be appointed on probation for a period of 3 years."
2. In column (2) of serial number 1 of Schedule-IV, after the words and symbol "Diploma holder/Degree holder Tracer/ Assistant Draftsman etc. working in lower post", the words and symbol "/Diploma holder/Degree holder field Assistant of work charged establishment" shall be added.
