अधिसूचना
क्रमांक एफ 1-1/2012/1-3.⸺ यतः, भारत के संविधान की पांचवी अनुसूची के पैरा 5 के उप-पैरा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, सामान्य प्रशासन विभाग द्वारा समसंख्यक अधिसूचना क्र. एफ 1-1/2012/1-3, दिनाँक 28 मई, 2019 एवं 23 सितम्बर, 2020 जारी किया गया था, जिसमें बस्तर एवं सरगुजा संभाग के अंतर्गत आने वाले जिलों के निवासियों एवं कोरबा, गौरेला-पेण्ड्रा-मरवाही जिले के निवासियों के संबंध में यह आदेशित किया गया था कि इन जिलों में जिला संवर्गं के तृतीय एवं चतुर्थ श्रेणी के पदों में उदभूत रिक्तियों के लिये, केवल स्थानीय निवासी ही, नियुक्ति हेतु पात्र होंगे।
सामान्य प्रशासन विभाग द्वारा जारी समसंख्यक अधिसूचना क्र. एफ 1-1/2012/1-3, दिनाँक 28 मई, 2019 एवं 23 सितम्बर, 2020 में बस्तर एवं सरगुजा संभाग के अंतर्गत आने वाले जिलों के निवासियों एवं कोरबा, गौरेला-पेण्ड्रा-मरवाही जिलों के स्थानीय निवासियों के संबंध में यह व्यवस्था की गई थी कि स्वामी आत्मानंद अंग्रेजी माध्यम स्कूलों में सहायक शिक्षकों के पद पर भर्ती के लिये, केवल स्थानीय निवासी ही नियुक्ति के पात्र होंगे और उक्त आधार पर भर्ती प्रक्रिया की गई, किन्तु 03 से अधिक बार भर्ती कार्यवाही की प्रक्रिया पूर्ण किये जाने के पश्चात् भी, उक्त संभाग/जिलों के स्थानीय निवासियों के माध्यम से रिक्त पदों की पूर्ति नहीं की जा सकी, इसलिये सामान्य प्रशासन विभाग पूर्व में जारी समसंख्यक अधिसूचना क्र. एफ 1-1/2012/1-3, दिनाँक 28 मई, 2019 एवं 23 सितम्बर, 2020 में निर्धारित ''स्थानीय निवासी'' की शर्त को निम्नानुसार शिथिल करती हैः-
''स्वामी आत्मानंद अंग्रेजी माध्यम स्कूलों में सहायक शिक्षक के पद पर भर्ती के लिये बस्तर, सरगुजा संभाग तथा कोरबा, गौरेला-पेण्ड्रा-मरवाही जिलोें में 03 बार स्थानीय निवासियों से भर्ती प्रक्रिया होने के पश्चात् भी यदि भर्ती प्रक्रिया पूर्ण नहीं हो पा रही है, तो स्थानीय निवासी होने संबंधी शर्त से छूट प्रदान की जाये।'' अटल नगर, दिनांक 18 फरवरी 2022 क्रमांक एफ 1-1/2012/1-3 .⸺ भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 348 के खण्ड (3) के अनुसरण में इस विभाग की अधिसूचना क्रमांक एफ 1-1/2012/1-3, दिनांक 18-02-2022 का अंगे्रजी अनुवाद राज्यपाल के प्राधिकार से एतद्द्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है।

NOTIFICATION
No. F 1-1/2012/1-3.⸺ Whereas, In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-para (1) of para 5 of Fifth Schedule of the Constitution of India, General Administration Department had issued vide Notification No. F 1- 1/2012/1-3, dated 28th May, 2019 and 23rd September, 2020 under which for the residents of the districts falling under Bastar and Sarguja Division and residents of Korba, Gaurela-Pendra-Marwahi Districts, ordered that for vacancies arising in Class-III and Class-IV level posts of District cadre in these Districts, only local residents will be eligible for the appointment.
This provision was made in vide Notification No. F 1-1/2012/1-3, dated 28th May, 2019 and 23rd September, 2020 issued by the General Administration Department, in respect of the local residents of the districts falling under Bastar and Sarguja Division and residents of Korba, Gaurela-Pendra-Marwahi Districts that for recruitment on the post of Assistant Teachers in Swami Atmanand English Medium Schools, only local residents will be eligible for the appointment and recruitment process had made on that grounds, but could not filled the vacant posts through local residents in said Division/Districts even after completed more than 03 attempts of the recruitment process, so, the condition of "local resident" prescribed in vide Notification No. F 1- 1/2012/1-3, dated 28th May, 2019 and 23rd September, 2020 issued the General Administration Department previously, relaxes as under:-
"For recruitment on the posts of Assistant Teacher in Swami Atmanand English Medium School, if recruitment process is not completed from the applicants of local residents, even after 03 attempts the recruitment process of local residents in Bastar, Sarguja Division and Korba, Gaurela-Pendra-Marwahi Districts, then the condition relating to local residents shall be relaxed."
