अधिसूचना
क्रमांक एफ 15-18/दो-गृह/लो.अ./2010.⸺ भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परंतुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, छत्तीसगढ़ के राज्यपाल, एतद्द्वारा, छत्तीसगढ़ लोक अभियोजन (राजपत्रित) सेवा भर्ती एवं पदोन्नति नियम, 2008 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करते हैं, अर्थात्ः-
संशोधन
उक्त नियमों की अनुसूची में,-
अनुसूची-दो के कॉलम (3) में विनिर्दिष्ट पद सहायक जिला लोक अभियोजन अधिकारी के का्ॅलम (6) से संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जाये, अर्थात्ः-
''10% अभियोजन विभाग के तृतीय श्रेणी कर्मचारियों द्वारा, जिन्होंने विधि में स्नातक की उपाधि प्राप्त की हो तथा 07 वर्ष की सेवा पूर्ण कर ली हो।''

NOTIFICATION
No. F 15-18/Two-Home/P.P./2010.⸺ In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Chhattisgarh, hereby, makes the following further amendment in the Chhattisgarh Public Prosecution (Gazetted) Services Recruitment and Promotion Rules, 2008, namely :-
AMENDMENT
In Schedule of the said rules, -
For the entries relating to column (6) of the post Assistant District Public Prosecution Officer specified in column (3) of Schedule-II, the following shall be substituted, namely:-
"10% by Class-III employee of prosecution, who have Bachelor degree in law and have been completed 07 years to the service."
