NOTIFICATION
F. No.1960/491/XXI-B/C.G./22.⸺ The State Government, hereby, in consultation with the Hon'ble Chief Justice of the High Court of Chhattisgarh and in compliance with High Court of Chhattisgarh's Memo No. 1426/Checker/II-15-6/2019(FTSCs) dated 09-02-2022, establishes and designates for the purpose of Section 28 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, eight exclusive Fast Track Special Courts (FTSCs) of Additional Sessions Judges for trial of cases under POCSO Act in the following places in the State of Chhattisgarh, namely:-
