क्रमांक एफ 10-34/2021/वाक/पांच (22).⸺ छत्तीसगढ़ मूल्य संवर्धित कर अधिनियम, 2005 (क्रमांक 2 सन् 2005) की धारा 21 की उप-धारा (8) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, राज्य सरकार, एतद्द्वारा, इस विभाग की अधिसूचना क्रमांक एफ-10-88/2020/वाक/पांच(139), दिनांक 29-12-2020, में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, अर्थात् :-

उक्त अधिसूचना में,-
अंक, शब्द एवं चिन्ह ''28 फरवरी, 2022'' के स्थान पर, अंक, शब्द एवं चिन्ह ''31 मई, 2022'' प्रतिस्थापित किया जाये।

No. F 10-34/2021/CT/V (22).⸺ In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (8) of section 21 of he Chhattisgarh Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (No. 2 of 2005), the State Government, hereby, makes the following further amendment in this departments notification No. F 10-88/2020/CT/V(139), dated 29-12-2020, namely :-

In the said notification,-
For the figures, words and punctuation "28th February, 2022", the figures, words and punctuation "31st May, 2022" shall be substituted.
