क्रमांक एफ-4-128/गृह-सी/2020.⸺ शासकीय गुप्त बात अधिनियम, 1923 (1923 का सं. 19) की धारा 2 के खण्ड (8) के उप-खण्ड (ग) तथा (घ) सहपठित भारत सरकार, गृह मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना क्र. एस. ओ. 1285, दिनांक 4 मई, 1963 तथा मध्यप्रदेश राज्य पुनर्गठन अधिनियम, 2000 (क्र. 28 सन् 2000) के द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, राज्य सरकार, एतद्द्वारा, ग्राम तिलकेजा, पटवारी हल्का नं. 18 स्थित खसरा नं. 1455/2, रकबा 1500 वर्गमीटर क्षेत्र में इंडियन ऑयल कॉर्पोरेशन लिमिटेड के निर्मित आरसीपी-3 स्टेशन को उक्त अधिनियम के प्रयोजनों के लिए इस आधार पर ''प्रतिषिद्ध स्थान'' घोषित करती है कि उसके संबंध में जानकारी या उसका विनाश या उसमेें बाधा या उसमें हस्तक्षेप शत्रु के लिए उपयोगी होगा.

No. 4-128/Home-c/2020.⸺ In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-clause (c) and (d) of clause (8) of Section 2 of the Official Secrets Act, 1923 (No. 19 of 1923), read with the Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs, Notification No. S.O. 1285, dated 4th May, 1963 and Madhya Pradesh Re-organisation Act, 2000 (No. 28 of 2000), the State Government, hereby, declares the construted RCP-3 Patwari Halka No. 18, Village Tilkeja of Indian Oil Corporation Limited to be a "PROHIBITED PLACE" for the purposes of the said Act on the ground that information with respect thereto, or the destruction or obstruction thereof, or interference therewith, would be useful to an enemy.
