क्रमांक एफ 4-18/2016/18. - छत्तीसगढ़ नगरपालिका अधिनियम, 1961 (क्रमांक 37 सन् 1961) की धारा 355 की उप-धारा (1) सहपठित धारा 95 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, राज्य सरकार, एतद्द्वारा, छत्तीसगढ़ नगरपालिका कर्मचारी (भर्ती तथा सेवा शर्तें) नियम, 1968 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है, अर्थात् :-

उक्त नियमों में, -
नियम 2 के खण्ड (ङ) एवं (च) में, ''कार्यपालन'' के पश्चात्, शब्द ''/यांत्रिकी/स्वास्थ्य'' अन्तः स्थापित किया जाये। छत्तीसगढ़ के राज्यपाल के नाम से तथा आदेषानुसार,

No. F 4-18/2016/18. - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-Section (1) of section 355 read with Section 95 of the Chhattisgarh Municipalities Act, 1961 (No. 37 of 1961), the State Government, hereby, makes the following further amendment in the Chhattisgarh Municipal Employees (Recruitment and Conditions of Service) Rule, 1968, namely :-

In the said rules,-
In clause (e) and (f) of rule 2, after the word "Executive", the words "/Engineering/Health" shall be inserted.
