क्रमांक 2549/2081/22-1/2021.⸺ छत्तीसगढ़ जिला पंचायत सदस्य (यात्रा भत्ता तथा अन्य भत्ते) नियम, 1995 में और संशोधन का निम्नलिखित प्रारूप, जिसे राज्य सरकार, छत्तीसगढ़ पंचायत राज अधिनियम, 1993 (क्र. 1 सन् 1994) की धारा 95 की उप-धारा (1) सहपठित धारा 117 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग लाते हुए बनाना प्रस्तावित करती है, उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 95 की उप-धारा (3) के द्वारा अपेक्षित किये गये अनुसार, उन समस्त व्यक्तियों, जिनके कि इससे प्रभावित होने की संभावना है, की जानकारी के लिये एतद्द्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है तथा एतद्द्वारा सूचित किया जाता है कि उक्त प्रारूप पर इस सूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से पन्द्रह दिवस के अवसान के पश्चात् विचार किया जायेगा.
कोई आपत्ति या सुझाव, जो उक्त प्रारूप के संबंध में किसी व्यक्ति से विनिर्दिष्ट कालावधि के पूर्व, अवर सचिव, छत्तीसगढ़ शासन, पंचायत एवं ग्रामीण विकास विभाग, छत्तीसगढ़ शासन, कक्ष क्रमांक ADO-C8, मंत्रालय, महानदी भवन, नवा रायपुर अटल नगर के कार्यालय में कार्यालयीन समय में प्राप्त हो, पर छत्तीसगढ़ शासन द्वारा विचार किया जायेगा.
संशोधन प्रारूप
उक्त नियमों में,-
1. नियम 5 का लोप किया जाये.
2. नियम 6 में,-
(1) शब्द ''शासित होगा'' के पश्चात्, पूर्ण विराम चिन्ह ''।'' के स्थान पर, कोलन चिन्ह ''ः'' प्रतिस्थापित किया जाये; और
(2) नियम 6 के पश्चात्, निम्नलिखित जोड़ा जाये, अर्थात्ः-
''परन्तु शासन द्वारा वाहन उपलब्ध नहीं कराये जाने की स्थिति में, शासन द्वारा निर्धारित दर पर किराये से वाहन लेने की पात्रता होगी।'' Atal Nagar, the 22nd April 2022 NOTICE
No. 2549/2081/22-1/2021.⸺ The following further draft amendment in the Chhattisgarh Zila Panchayat Members (Travelling and other allowances) Rules, 1995, which the State Government proposes to make, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 95 read with Section 117 of the Chhattisgarh Panchayat Raj adhiniyam, 1993 (No. 1 of 1994), is hereby, published as required by sub-section (3) of Section 95 of the said Act, for the information of all persons likely to be affected thereby and notice is hereby given that the said draft shall be taken into consideration after the expiry of fifteen days from the date of publication of this notice in the Official Gazette.
Any objection or suggestion regarding the said draft received from any person, before the specified period during office hours by the office of the Under Secretary, Government of Chhattisgarh, Department of Panchayat and Rural Development, Government of Chhattisgarh, Room No. AD0-C8, Mantralaya, Mahanadi Bhawan, Nava Raipur Atal Nagar shall be considered by the Government of Chhattisgarh.
DRAFT AMENDMENT
In the said rules,-
1. Rule 5 shall be omitted.
2. In rule 6,-
(1) After the words "time to time", for the punctuation full stop ".", the punctuation colon ":" shall be substituted; and
(2) After rule 6, the following shall be added, namely:-
"Provided that, in case the vehicle is not provided by the Government, they shall be eligible to take the vehicle on hire at the rate fixed by the Government."
