अधिसूचना
क्रमांक एफ 1-4/2022/18. - छत्तीसगढ़ नगरपालिक निगम अधिनियम, 1956 (क्र. 23 सन् 1956) की धारा 433 सहपठित धारा 25-ख द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, राज्य सरकार, एतद्द्वारा, छत्तीसगढ़ नगरपालिक निगम (पार्षदों को पारिश्रमिक तथा भत्ते) नियम, 1995 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है, अर्थात् :-
संशोधन
उक्त नियमों में,-
नियम 3 के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जाये, अर्थात् :-
''3. पारिश्रमिक तथा बैठकों के लिए दैनिक भत्ता.- प्रत्येक नगरपालिक निगम के महापौर, अध्यक्ष तथा पार्षद को पारिश्रमिक तथा बैठकों के लिए दैनिक भत्ता निम्नलिखित दरों पर देय होगा :-
(क) महापौर - रूपये 26,000.00 पारिश्रमिक तथा रूपये 4,000.00
सत्कार भत्ता, प्रतिमाह
(ख) अध्यक्ष (स्पीकर) - रूपये 22,000.00 पारिश्रमिक तथा रूपये 2,000.00
सत्कार भत्ता, प्रतिमाह
- रूपये 15,000.00 पारिश्रमिक, प्रतिमाह
(ग) पार्षद (पदेन को छोड़कर)
(घ) निगम तथा इसकी समितियों की बैठकों में भाग लेने के लिए महापौर, अध्यक्ष, पार्षद तथा संबंधित वार्ड समिति की बैठकों में भाग लेने के लिए महापौर द्वारा वार्ड समिति में नामनिर्दिष्ट किये गये सदस्य, रूपये 225.00 प्रति बैठक की दर से, जो रूपये 900.00 प्रतिमाह से अधिक नहीं होगी, दैनिक भत्ता प्राप्त करने के हकदार होंगेः
परंतु एक दिन में एक से अधिक बैठकों में भाग लेने के लिए, उसे एक से अधिक भत्ता प्राप्त करने की पात्रता नहीं होगी।'' अटल नगर, दिनांक 12 मई 2022 क्रमांक एफ 1-4/2022/18. - भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 348 के खण्ड (3) के अनुसरण में इस विभाग की अधिसूचना क्रमांक एफ 1-4/2022/18 दिनांक 12-05-2022 का अंग्रेजी अनुवाद राज्यपाल के प्राधिकार से एतद्द्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है.

NOTIFICATION
No. F.1-4/2022/18. - In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 433 read with Section 25-B of the Chhattisgarh Municipal Corporation Act, 1956 (No. 23 of 1956), the State Government, hereby, makes the following further amendment in the Chhattisgarh Municipal Corporation (Remuneration and Allowances of Councillors) Rules, 1995, namely :-
AMENDMENT
In the said rules,-
For rule 3, the following rule shall be substituted, namely :-
"3. Remuneration and daily allowance for meetings.─The remuneration and daily allowance for meetings shall be payable to Mayor, Speaker and Councillor of every Municipal Corporation shall be at the following Rates :-
(a) Mayor
-- Rs.26,000.00 remuneration and Rs.4,000.00
entertainment allowance, per month
(b) Speaker -- Rs.22,000.00 remuneration and Rs.2,000.00
entertainment allowance, per month
(c) Councillor
-- Rs.15,000.00 remuneration per month
(except, ex-officio)
(d) For participating in the meetings of the Corporation and its Committees, the Mayor, Speakers, Councillor and the members nominated by Mayor in the Ward Committee for participating in the meetings of the concerned Wards Committee, a daily allowance at the rate of Rs.225.00 per meeting, not exceeding Rs.900.00 per month, shall be entitled to receive:
Provided that for participating in more than one meeting in a day, he shall not be eligible to get more than one allowance."
