अधिसूचना
क्रमांक एफ 7-13/2017/32.⸺ भू-संपदा (विनियमन एवं विकास) अधिनियम, 2016 (2016 का 16) की धारा 84 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, राज्य सरकार, एतद्द्वारा, छत्तीसगढ़ भू-संपदा (विनियमन एवं विकास) नियम, 2017 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है, अर्थात् :-
संशोधन
उक्त नियमों में,-
नियम 3 के उप-नियम (3) के खण्ड (च) के पश्चात्, निम्नलिखित जोड़ा जाये, अर्थात्ः-
''(छ) इस नियमों में, अन्यथा उपबंधित किसी बात के होते हुए भी, आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर वर्ग हेतु प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना (शहरी) की भागीदारी में किफायती आवास निर्माण घटक के अधीन आवासीय परियोजनाओं के संबंध में, संप्रवर्तक शहरी स्थानीय निकायों को, पंजीकरण हेतु आवेदन प्रस्तुत करते समय या बाद में किसी भी समय, कोई भी पंजीकरण शुल्क का भुगतान नहीं करना होगा।''

NOTIFICATION
No. F 07-13/2017/32.⸺ In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 84 of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (16 of 2016), the State Government, hereby, makes the following further amendment in the Chhattisgarh Real Estate (Regulation and Development), Rules, 2017, namely :-
AMENDMENT
In the said rules,-
After clause (f) of sub-rule (3) of rule 3, the following shall be added, namely :-
"(g) Notwithstanding anything contained in these rule, in respect of housing projects under the affordable Housing in Partnership component of the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Urban) for economically weaker section, the promoter urban local bodies shall not be required to pay any registration fee at the time of application for registration or any time thereafter."
