क्रमांक एफ 07-34/2021/32.⸺ छत्तीसगढ़ नगर तथा ग्राम निवेश अधिनियम, 1973 (क्र. 23 सन् 1973) की धारा 24 की उप-धारा (3) सहपठित धारा 85 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, राज्य सरकार, एतद्द्वारा, छत्तीसगढ़ भूमि विकास नियम, 1984 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है, अर्थात :-

उक्त नियमों में,-
नियम 2 के उप-नियम 53 (ङ) में, शब्द तथा चिन्ह "किन्तु जिसका विस्तार भू-खण्ड के विहित न्यूनतम उपांतीय खुले स्थान पर नहीं होगा; '' के स्थान पर, शब्द, अंक तथा चिन्ह "भू-खण्ड सीमा से 6 मीटर की दूरी तक पोडियम स्वीकार्य होगा;'' प्रतिस्थापित किया जाये।

NOTIFICATION
No. F 7-34/2021/32.⸺ In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of Section 24 read with sub-section (1) 0f Section 85 of the Chhattisgarh Nagar Tatha Gram Nivesh Adhiniyam, 1973 (No. 23 of 1973), the State Government, hereby, makes the following further amendment in the Chhattisgarh Bhumi Vikas Niyam., 1984, namely :-
AMENDMENT
In the said rules,-
In sub-rule (53-e) of rule 2, for the words and punctuations "but, shall not extend to the prescribed minimum marginal open spaces of the plot;", the words, figure and punctuation "Podium may be allowed at a distance of 6 metre from the plot boundary;" shall be substituted.
