No. F l0-31/2022/CTN(54) .- In exercise of the powers conferred by the first proviso to sub-rule (3) of rule 6l of the Chhattisgarh Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, the State Government, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby extends the due date for depositing the tax due under proviso to sub- section (7) of section 39 of the Chhattisgarh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 n FORM GST PMT-06 for the month of April,2022 till the 2Ttbday of May,2022.
2. This notification shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from the lTth day of May,2r.022.
