अधिसूचना
क्रमांक एफ 5-1/2013/15-1,पार्ट.⸺ भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, छत्तीसगढ़ के राज्यपाल, एतद्द्वारा छत्तीसगढ़ अधीनस्थ सहकारी (लिपिक वर्गीय) तृतीय श्रेणी सेवा भर्ती नियम, 2015 में निम्नलिखित और संषोधन करते हैं, अर्थात्ः-
संशोधन
उक्त नियमों की अनुसूची में,-
1. अनुसूची-तीन के सरल क्रमांक 2 के कॉलम (5) की प्रविष्टि (3) के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जाये, अर्थात्ः-
''(3) किसी मान्यता प्राप्त मण्डल/संस्था अथवा छत्तीसगढ़ शीघ्रलेखन मुद्रलेखन परीक्षा परिषद् से (कम्प्यूटर एवं साफ्टवेयर के माध्यम से) हिन्दी अथवा अंग्रेजी मुद्रलेखन में 5000 की (Key) डिप्रेषन प्रति घंटे की गति का प्रमाणपत्र (गति के लिये कौषल परीक्षा ली जायेगी)।''
2. अनुसूची-तीन के सरल क्रमांक 3 के कॉलम (5) की प्रविष्टि 3 के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जाये, अर्थात्ः-
''3. किसी मान्यता प्राप्त संस्था से डाटा एन्ट्री ऑपरेटर/प्रोग्रामिंग में एक वर्षीय डिप्लोमा/प्रमाणपत्र तथा मान्यता प्राप्त मण्डल/संस्था अथवा छत्तीसगढ़ शीघ्रलेखन मुद्रलेखन परीक्षा परिषद् से (कम्प्यूटर एवं सॉफ्टवेयर के माध्यम से) हिन्दी अथवा अंग्रेजी मुद्रलेखन में 5000 की (Key) डिप्रेशन प्रति घंटे की गति का प्रमाणपत्र (गति के लिये कौशल परीक्षा ली जायेगी)।''
3. अनुसूची-तीन के सरल क्रमांक 4 के कॉलम (5) की प्रविष्टि 2 के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जाये, अर्थात् :-
''2. किसी मान्यता प्राप्त संस्था से डाटा एन्ट्री ऑपरेटर/प्रोग्रामिंग में एक वर्षीय डिप्लोमा/प्रमाणपत्र तथा मान्यता प्राप्त मण्डल/संस्था अथवा छत्तीसगढ़ शीघ्रलेखन मुद्रलेखन परीक्षा परिषद् से (कम्प्यूटर एवं सॉफ्टवेयर के माध्यम से) हिन्दी एवं अंग्रेजी मुद्रलेखन में 8000 की (Key) डिप्रेशन प्रति घंटे की गति का प्रमाणपत्र (गति के लिये कौशल परीक्षा ली जायेगी)।'' अटल नगर, दिनांक 15 जुलाई 2022 क्रमांक एफ 5-1/2013/15-1,पार्ट.⸺ भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 348 के खण्ड (3) के अनुसरण में, इस विभाग की अधिसूचना क्रमांक एफ 5-1/2013/15-1पार्ट, दिनांक 15-7-2022 का अंग्रेजी अनुवाद राज्यपाल के प्राधिकार से एतद्द्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है।

NOTIFICATION
No. F. 5-1/2013/15-1,(Part).⸺ In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso of Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Chhattisgarh, hereby, makes the following further amendment in the Chhattisgarh Sub-ordinate Co-operative (Clerical Cadre) Class-III Services Recruitment Rules, 2015, namely :-
AMENDMENT
In Schedule of the said rules,-
1. For entry (3) of Column (5) of serial number 2 of Schedule-III, the following shall be substituted, namely:-
"(3) Certificate in Hindi or English typing 5000 (Key) depression per hour (through computer and software) from Recognized Board/Institute or Chhattisgarh Stenography Typing Examination Council (efficiency test for speed shall be taken) ."
2. For entry 3 of Column (5) of serial number 3 of Schedule-III, the following shall be substituted, namely :-
"3. One year diploma/certificate in data entry operator/programming from any recognized Institute and certificate of Hindi or English typing 5000 (Key) depression per hour (through computer and software) from Recognized Board/Institute or Chhattisgarh Stenography Typing Examination Council (efficiency test for speed shall be taken)."
3. For entry 2 of Column (5) of serial number 4 of Schedule-III, the following shall be substituted, namely:-
"2. One year diploma/ certificate in data entry operator/programming from any recognized Institute and certificate of Hindi and English typing 8000 (Key) depression per hour (through computer and software) from Recognized Board/Institute or Chhattisgarh Stenography Typing Examination Council (efficiency test for speed shall be taken)."
