क्रमांक एफ 1-21/2022/25-1.⸺ भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, छत्तीसगढ़ के राज्यपाल, एतद्द्वारा, छत्तीसगढ़ अनुसूचित जाति तथा अनुसूचित जनजाति विकास (राजपत्रित) सेवा भर्ती नियम, 2006 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करते है, अर्थात :-

उक्त नियमों की अनुसूची में,-
(1) अनुसूची-चार में, सरल क्रमांक 9 के कॉलम 5 तथा उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जाये, अर्थातः- Atal Nagar, the 21st July 2022

No. F 1-21/2022/25-1.⸺ In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Chhattisgarh, hereby, makes the following further amendment in the Chhattisgarh Scheduled Tribe and Scheduled Caste Development (Gazetted) Service Recruitment Rules, 2006 namely:-
AMENDMENT
In Schedule of the said rules,-
1- In Schedule-IV, for serial number 9 column number 5 and entries relating thereto, the following shall be substitted, namely :-
"Regarding promotion from Area Organiser to the post of Chief Executive Officer, Janpad Panchayat, in the period of minimum experience as mentioned in column (5) of serial number 9 of Schedule-IV, only for the calendar year 2022, relaxation of 6 months in 5 years is given."
