क्रमांक एफ 7-11/2020/32.⸺ राज्य शासन, छत्तीसगढ़ अनधिकृत विकास का नियमितिकरण (संशोधन) अधिनियम, 2022 (क्र. 7 सन् 2022) की धारा (1) की उपधारा (3) के अंतर्गत उक्त अधिनियम, दिनांक 14 जुलाई, 2022 से प्रवृत्त करता है.
इस विभाग की अधिसूचना क्रमांक एफ 7-10/2016/32 दिनांक 28-07-2016 को अधिक्रमित करते हुए, राज्य शासन, छत्तीसगढ़ अनधिकृत विकास का नियमितिकरण अधिनियम, 2002 (क्रमांक 21 सन् 2002) की धारा 2 में प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग कर दिनांक 14 जुलाई, 2022 को अधिसूचित दिनांक घोषित करता है.

No.F 7-11/2020/32.⸺ The State Government, Under Sub-Section (2) of Section 1 of Chhattisgarh Anadhikrit Vikas ka Niyamitikaran (Sanshodhan) Adhiniyam, 2022 (No. 7 of 2022) shall come into force from July 14, 2022.
In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 2 of the Chhattisgarh Anadhikrit Vikas ka Niyamitikaran Adhiniyam, 2002 ( No. 21 of 2002) and in supersession of its earlier Notification Number F 7-10/2016/32 dated 28-07-2016, the State Government hereby declares as the Notified date 14 July, 2022.
