अधिसूचना

क्रमांक एफ 1-29/खाद्य/2021/29-1.⸺ भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परंतुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, छत्तीसगढ़ के राज्यपाल, एतद्‌द्वारा, छत्तीसगढ़ खाद्य, नागरिक आपूर्ति एवं उपभोक्ता संरक्षण (राजपत्रित) सेवा भर्ती नियम, 2013 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करते हैं, अर्थात्‌ : -

उक्त नियमों में,

1. नियम 8 के खण्ड (एक) के उप-खण्ड (च) का लोप किया जाये।

2. नियम 19 के उप-नियम (1) के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित उप-नियम प्रतिस्थापित किया जाये, अर्थात्‌ :-

''(1) सेवा में सीधे भर्ती किया गया प्रत्येक व्यक्ति, 3 वर्ष की कालावधि के लिये परिवीक्षा पर नियुक्त किया जायेगा।''

3. अनुसूची-एक के सरल क्रमांक 7 के कॉलम (3) में, अंक ''23'' के स्थान पर, अंक ''24'' प्रतिस्थापित किया जाये। 4. अनुसूची - एक के सरल क्रमांक 7 तथा उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के पश्चात्‌, निम्नलिखित सरल क्रमांक एवं प्रविष्टियां जोड़ी जाये, अर्थात्‌ :-

5. अनुसूची-दो के सरल क्रमांक 5 के कॉलम (4) में, अंक ''26'' के स्थान के पर, अंक ''27'' प्रतिस्थापित किया जाये।6. अनुसूची-दो के सरल क्रमांक 5 तथा उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के पश्चात्‌, निम्नलिखित सरल क्रमांक एवं प्रविष्टियां जोड़ी जाये, अर्थात :-

7. अनुसूची-चार के सरल क्रमांक 4 तथा उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के पश्चात्‌, निम्नलिखित सरल क्रमांक एवं प्रविष्टियां जोड़ी जाये, अर्थात : -

छत्तीसगढ़ के राज्यपाल के नाम से तथा आदेशानुसार,

No. F. 1-29/Food/2021/29-1.⸺ In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Chhattisgarh, hereby, makes the following further amendment in the Chhattisgarh Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Protection (Gazetted) Service recruitment Rule, 2013, namel :-

AMENDMENT

In the said rules,

1. Sub-clause (f) of clause (I) of rule 8 said be omitted.

2. For sub-rule (1) of Rule 19, the following sub-rule shall be substituted, namely :-

"(1) Every person recruited derectly to the service shall be appointed on probation for a period of 3 years."

3. In column (3) of serial number 7 of Schedule-I, for the figure "23", the figure "24" shall be substituted.

4. After serial number 7 and entries relating thereto of Schedule-I, the following serial number and entries shall be added, namely :-

5. In column (4) of serial number 5 of Schedule-II, for the figure "26", the figure "27" shall be substituted.

6. After serial number 5 and entries relating thereto of Schedule-II, the following serial number and entries shall be added, namely : -
