अधिसूचना
क्रमांक 8997/21-अ/स्थापना/छ.ग./2022.⸺ भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, छत्तीसगढ़ के राज्यपाल, एतद्द्वारा, छत्तीसगढ़ विधि और विधायी कार्य विभाग सेवा (भर्ती तथा सेवा शर्तें) नियम, 1983 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करते हैं, अर्थात्ः-
संशोधन
उक्त नियमों में,-
1. अनुसूची-तीन के सरल क्रमांक 5 के कॉलम (5) की प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियॉं प्रतिस्थापित किया जाये, अर्थात्ः-
''(1) किसी मान्यता प्राप्त मंडल से (102) परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण
या
पुरानी हायर सेकेण्डरी परीक्षा के साथ किसी मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय से स्नातक पाठ्यक्रम की प्रथम वर्ष परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण।
(2) हिन्दी शीघ्रलेखन (शार्टहैंड) में 60 शब्द प्रति मिनट की गति (गति के लिये कौशल परीक्षा ली जायेगी)। (3) किसी मान्यता प्राप्त संस्था से डाटा एन्ट्री ऑपरेटर/प्रोग्रामिंग में एक वर्षीय डिप्लोमा/प्रमाणपत्र तथा मान्यता प्राप्त मण्डल/संस्था अथवा छत्तीसगढ़ शीघ्रलेखन मुद्रलेखन परीक्षा परषिद् से (कम्प्यूटर एवं सॉफ्टवेयर के माध्यम से) हिन्दी अथवा अंगे्रजी मुद्रलेखन में 5000 की (Key) डिप्रेशन प्रति घंटे की गति का प्रमाणपत्र (गति के लिये कौशल परीक्षा ली जायेगी)।''
2. अनुसूची-तीन के सरल क्रमांक 6 के कॉलम (5) की प्रविष्टि (3) के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टि प्रतिस्थापित किया जाये, अर्थात्ः-
''(3) मान्यता प्राप्त मण्डल/संस्था अथवा छत्तीसगढ़ शीघ्रलेखन मुद्रलेखन परीक्षा परिषद् से (कम्प्यूटर एवं सॉफ्टवेयर के माध्यम से) हिन्दी अथवा अंगे्रजी मुद्रलेखन में 5000 की (Key) डिप्रेशन प्रति घंटे की गति का प्रमाणपत्र (गति के लिये कौशल परीक्षा ली जायेगी)।'' 3. अनुसूची-तीन के सरल क्रमांक 8 के कॉलम (5) की प्रविष्टि (2) के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टि प्रतिस्थापित किया जाये, अर्थात्ः-
''(2) किसी मान्यता प्राप्त संस्था से डाटा एन्ट्री ऑपरेटर/प्रोग्रामिंग में एक वर्षीय डिप्लोमा/प्रमाणपत्र तथा मान्यता प्राप्त मण्डल/संस्था अथवा छत्तीसगढ़ शीघ्रलेखन मुद्रलेखन परीक्षा परिषद् से (कम्प्यूटर एवं सॉफ्टवेयर के माध्यम से) हिन्दी एवं अंगे्रजी मुद्रलेखन में 8000 की (Key) डिप्रेशन प्रति घंटे की गति का प्रमाणपत्र (गति के लिये कौशल परीक्षा ली जायेगी)।''

क्रमांक 8997/21-अ/स्थापना/छ.ग./2022.⸺ भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 348 के खण्ड (3) के अनुसरण में इस विभाग की समसंख्यक अधिसूचना दिनांक 05-08-2022 का अंग्रेजी अनुवाद राज्यपाल के प्राधिकार से एतद्द्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है।
छत्तीसगढ़ के राज्यपाल के नाम से तथा आदेशानुसार, उमेश कुमार काटिया, अतिरिक्त सचिव.

NOTIFICATION
No.8997/XXI-A/Estt./C.G./2022.⸺ In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Chhattisgarh, hereby, makes the following further amendment in the Chhattisgarh Law and Legislative Affairs Department Service (Recruitment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 1983, namely:-
AMENDMENT
In the said rules,-
1. For entries of column (5) of serial number 5 of Schedule-III, the following entries shall be substituted, namely:-
"(1) Passed (10+2) Examination from any recognized Board,
OR
Passed old Higher Secondary Examination with First year examination of Graduation Course from any recognized University.
(2) 60 words per minute Speed in Hindi Stenography (Shorthand) (efficiency test for speed shall be taken).
(3) One year Diploma/Certificate in Data Entry Operator/Programming from any recognized Institute and Certificate of Hindi or English typing 5,000 (Key) depression per hour (through computer and Software) from recognized Board/Institute or Chhattisgarh Stenography Typing Examination Council (efficiency test for speed shall be taken)." 2. For entry (3) of column (5) of serial number 6 of Schedule-III, the following entry shall be substituted, namely:-
"(3) Certificate of Hindi or English typing 5000 (Key) depression per hour (through computer and software) from recognized Board/Institute or Chhattisgarh Stenography Typing Examination Council (efficiency test for speed shall be taken)."
3. For entry (2) of column (5) of serial number 8 of Schedule-III, the following entry shall be substituted, namely:-
"(2) one year diploma/certificate in data entry operator/programming from any recognized Institute and Certificate of Hindi and English typing 8000 (key) depression per hour (through computer and Software) from recognized Board/Institute or Chhattisgarh Stenography Typing Examination Council (efficiency test for speed shall be taken)."
