क्रक्रममाांंकक एएफफ 1100--6655//22002200//ववाा..कक..((पपंं..))//पपाांंचच ((5577))..⸺⸺ भारतीय स्टाम्प अधिनियम, 1899 (1899 का सं. 2) की धारा 9 की उप-धारा (1) के खण्ड (क) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, राज्य सरकार, एतद्द्वारा, नगरीय क्षेत्रों में शासकीय भूमि के आबंटन/अतिक्रमित भूमि के व्यवस्थापन तथा रियायती/गैर-रियायती स्थायी पट्टों को भूमिस्वामी अधिकार में परिवर्तन के संबंध में, दिनांक 31 मार्च, 2023 तक की अवधि में प्रस्तुत लिखतों पर, उक्त अधिनियम की अनुसूची 1-क के अनुच्छेद 23 के अधीन प्रभार्य स्टाम्प शुल्क में कमी करते हुए, अधिकतम रूपये 2000/- स्टाम्प शुल्क प्रभार्य करती है।
यह अधिसूचना, राजपत्र में इसके प्रकाषन की तारीख से प्रवृत्त होगी और 31 मार्च, 2023 तक प्रभावषील रहेगी।

Atal Nagar, the 10th August 2022NOTIFICATION
No. F 10-65/2020/CT(R)/V (57).⸺ In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of sub-section (1) of Section 9 of the Indian Stamp Act, 1899 (No. 2 of 1899), the State Government, hereby, charges stamp duty maximum rupees 2000/-, by reducing stamp duty chargeable under Article 23 of Schedule 1-A of the said Act, on instruments presented till the period of 31st March, 2023, relating to conversion into landlord rights for allotment of Government land/Settlement of encroached land and concessional /non-concessional permanent leases, in the urban areas.
This notification shall come into effect from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette and shall be effective till the 31st March, 2023.

क्रमांक एफ 10-65/2020/वा.क.(पं.)/पांच (58).⸺ भारतीय रजिस्ट्रीकरण अधिनियम, 1908 (1908 का सं. 16) की धारा 78 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, राज्य सरकार, एतद्द्वारा, अधिसूचना क्रमांक एफ 3-53/2020/वा.क.(पं.)/पांच (19), दिनांक 4 फरवरी, 2022 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, अर्थात :-

उक्त अधिसूचना में,-
षीर्षक ''पंजीयन शुल्क की सारणी'' के उप-शीर्षक ''छूट तथा निर्बन्धन'' के सरल क्रमांक (62) के पश्चात्, निम्नलिखित सरल क्रमांक (63) जोड़ा जाये, अर्थात् :-
''(63) नगरीय क्षेत्रों में शासकीय भूमि के आबंटन/अतिक्रमित भूमि के व्यवस्थापन तथा रियायती/गैर-रियायती स्थायी पट्टों को भूमिस्वामी अधिकार में परिवर्तन के संबंध में दिनांक 31 मार्च, 2023 तक की अवधि में प्रस्तुत लिखतों पर, प्रभार्य पंजीयन शुल्क में कमी करते हुए, अधिकतम 2000/- रूपये पंजीयन शुल्क प्रभार्य करती है।''
यह अधिसूचना, राजपत्र में इसके प्रकाशन की तिथि से प्रवृत्त होगी और 31 मार्च 2023 तक प्रभावशील रहेगी।

AMENDMENT
In the said notification,-
In sub-head "exemption and restriction" of Heading "Table of registration fees", after serial number (62), the following serial number (63) shall be added, namely:-
"(63) Charges registration fees maximum upto rupees 2000/-, by reducing registration fees chargeable, on instruments presented till the period of 31st March, 2023, relating to conversion into landlord rights for allotment of government land/settlement of encroached land and concessional/non- concessional permanent leases, in the urban areas"
This notification shall come into effect from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette and shall be effective till the 31st March, 2023.
