क्रमांक एफ 3-8/2005/1-7 (पार्ट-1).⸺ भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, छत्तीसगढ़ के राज्यपाल, एतद्द्वारा, छत्तीसगढ़ मुख्य तकनीकी परीक्षक (सतर्कता) विभाग चतुर्थ श्रेणी भर्ती नियम, 2017 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करते है, अर्थात् :-

उक्त नियमों की अनुसूची में,-
अनुसूची के सरल क्रमांक 1 एवं 2 के कॉलम (8) में, शब्द एवं अंक ''किसी मान्यता प्राप्त मण्डल से 8वीं परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण होना चाहिए'' के स्थान पर, शब्द एवं अंक ''8वीं कक्षा की परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण होना चाहिए'' प्रतिस्थापित किया जाये.
No. F-3-8/2005/1-7 (Part-1).⸺ In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Chhattisgarh, hereby, makes the following amendment in the Chhattisgarh Chief Technical Examiner (Vigilance) Department Class-IV Service Recruitment Rules, 2017, namely :-

In Schedule of the said rules,-
In Column (8) of serial number 1 and 2 of Schedule, for the words and figure "Should have passed 8th examination from any recognized Board", the words and figure "Should have passed 8th Class examination." Shall be substituted.
