फा. क्र. 9636/2654/21-ब/छ.ग./2022.⸺ भारतीय विद्युत अधिनियम, 2003 (क्र. 36 सन् 2003) की धारा 153 की उप-धारा (1) एवं (2) के द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, राज्य सरकार, छ.ग. उच्च न्यायालय की सहमति से एवं उनके ज्ञापन क्रमांक 10347/III-6-1/2005/Checker, बिलासपुर दिनांक 23-08-2022, के अनुपालन में, पूर्व जारी अधिसूचना क्रमांक 523/3351/XXI-B/CG/06 दिनांक 05-01-2007 एवं क्रमांक 3669/1181/XXI- B/CG/15 दिनांक 23-04-2015 में आवश्यक संशोधन करते हुए, एतद्द्वारा अतिरिक्त जिला एवं सत्र न्यायालय, पेण्ड्रारोड के स्थानीय क्षेत्राधिकार के अंतर्गत आने वाले प्रकरणों के विचारण के लिए अतिरिक्त जिला एवं सत्र न्यायाधीश, पेण्ड्रारोड के न्यायालय को विशेष न्यायालय अंतर्गत विद्युत अधिनियम, 2003 अधिसूचित करता है.
F.No. 9636/2654/XXI-B/C.G./2022.⸺ In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) and (2) of Section 153 of the Indian Electricity Act, 2003 (No. 36 of 2003), the State Government, with concurrence of the High Court of Chhattisgarh and in compliance of its Memo No. 10347/ III-6-1/2005/checker, Bilaspur dated 23-08-2022, by making the necessary amendment in this Department's previous Notification No. 523/3351/XXI-B/CG/06, dated 05-01-2007 and No. 3669/1181/XXI-B/CG/15, dated 23-04-2015, hereby, notify Court of Additional District and Sessions Judge, Pendra Road as a Special Court for trail of Cases under Electricity Act, 2003 for area coming under the jurisdiction of the court of Addidional District and Sessions Judge, Pendra Road.
