अधिसूचना
क्रमांक एफ 4-98/2017/सात-1.⸺ छत्तीसगढ़ भू-राजस्व संहिता, 1959 (क्र. 20 सन् 1959) की धारा 59 की उप-धारा (2) के प्रथम परन्तुक के अधीन प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, राज्य सरकार, एतद्द्वारा, पुनर्निधारण से निम्नानुसार छूट प्रदान करती है, अर्थात्ः-
''नवीन सूक्ष्य एवं लघु उद्योगों को पांच एकड़ से अनधिक भूमि व्यपवर्तित किये जाने पर पुनर्निधारण से 50% छूट होगी तथा निजी औद्योगिक क्षेत्रों/औद्योगिक पार्को को न्यूनतम 25 एकड़ भूमि व्यपवर्तित किये जाने पर पुनर्निधारण से 90% छूट होगी.
परन्तु यह और कि सरगुजा एवं बस्तर संभाग में, निजी औद्योगिक क्षेत्रों के लिए न्यूनतम 20 एकड़ भूमि व्यपवर्तित किये जाने पर पुनर्निधारण से 90% छूट होगी.''

NOTIFICATION
No. F 4-98/2017/Seven-1 .⸺ In exercise of powers conferred by the first proviso of sub-section (2) of Section 59 of the Chhattisgarh Land Revenue Code, 1959 (No. 20 of 1959), the State Government, hereby, provides the following exemptions from the re-assessment, namely:-
"The new micro and small industries shall be exempted 50% from the re-assessment if the land not exceeding five acres is diverted and private industrial areas/industrial parks shall be given 90% exemption from re-assessment if a minimum 25 acres of land is diverted.
Provided further that, in Surguja and Bastar division, private industrial areas shall be given 90% exemption from re-assessment if a minimum 20 acres of land is diverted."
