अधिसूचना

क्रमांक/एफ 15-25/15-2/2022/4. - छत्तीसगढ़ सहकारी सोसाइटी अधिनियम, 1960 (क्र. 17 सन्‌ 1961) की धारा 95 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, राज्य सरकार, एतद्‌द्वारा, छत्तीसगढ़ सहकारी सोसाइटी नियम, 1962 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्‌ :-

संशोधन

उक्त नियमों में,-

1. नियम 43-ख के उप-नियम (2) के खण्ड (क) में, अर्द्ध विराम चिन्ह ";" के स्थान पर, कोलन चिन्ह "ः" प्रतिस्थापित किया जाये, तथा

2. नियम 43-ख के उप-नियम (2) के खण्ड (क) में कोलन चिन्ह "ः" के पष्चात्‌, निम्नलिखित परंतुक अंतःस्थापित किया जाये, अर्थात्‌ :-

No./F 15-25/15-2/2022/4. ⎯ In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 95 of the Chhattisgarh Co-operative Societies Act, 1960 (No. 17 of 1961), the State Government, hereby, makes the following further amendment in the Chhattisgarh Co-operative Societies Rules, 1962, namely :-

AMENDMENT

In the said rules,-

1. In Clause (a) of sub-rule (2) of rule 43-B, for the punctuation semi colon ";" the punctuation colon ":"shall be substituted, and

2. After the punctuation colon ":" in clause (a) of sub-rule (2) of rule 43-B, the following proviso shall be inserted, namely :-
