क्रमांक एफ-13-03/2008/20-2(3).⸺ छत्तीसगढ़ माध्यमिक शिक्षा अधिनियम, 1965 (क्र. 23 सन् 1965) की धारा 27 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लातेे हुए, राज्य सरकार, एतद्द्वारा, छत्तीसगढ़ माध्यमिक शिक्षा मण्डल भर्ती एवं पदोन्नति नियम, 2010 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्ः-
संशोधन
उक्त नियमों में,-
1. प्रस्तावना के प्रथम एवं द्वितीय पंक्ति में प्रयुक्त शब्द एवं अंक ''धारा 28 की उप-धारा (1) तथा उप-धारा (2) के खण्ड (ट)'' के स्थान पर, शब्द एवं अंक ''धारा 27 की उप-धारा (1)'' प्रतिस्थापित किया जाये । 2. अनुसूची-एक के सरल क्रमांक 1 एवं उससे संबधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित सरल क्रमांक एवं उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियाँ प्रतिस्थापित किया जाये, अर्थात्ः-

NOTIFICATION
F.No.13-03/2008/20-2(3).⸺ In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 27 of the Chhattisgarh Madhayamik Shiksha Adhiniyam, 1965 (No. 23 of 1965), the State Government, hereby, makes the following further amendment in the Chhattisgarh Board of Secondary Education Recruitment and Promotion Rules, 2010, namely:-
AMENDMENT
In the said rules,-
1 For the words and figure "sub-section (1) and clause (k) of sub-section (2) of Section 28", used in first and second line of the preamble, words and figure "sub-section (1) of Section 27" shall be substituted.
2. For serial number 1 of Schedule-I and entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries relating thereto shall be substituted, namely:-
