धमतरी विकास योजना (पुनर्विलोकन) प्रारूप 2031 के प्रकाशन की सूचना
क्रमांक/54/DP-23(iv)/नग्रानि./2022.⸺ एतद्द्वारा यह सूचना दी जाती है, कि धमतरी निवेश क्षेत्र के लिए विकास योजना पुनर्विलोकन का प्रारूप छत्तीसगढ़ नगर तथा ग्राम निवेश अधिनियम, 1973 (क्र. 23, सन् 1973) की धारा 18 की उप-धारा (1) एवं सहपठित धारा-23 के उपबन्धों के अनुसार प्रकाशित किया गया है, और उसकी एक प्रति निम्नांकित कार्यालयों में कार्यालयीन समय के दौरान निरीक्षण के लिए उपलब्ध है,-
11.. संभागीय आयुक्त कार्यालय, संभाग-रायपुर (छ.ग.).
22.. कलेक्टर कार्यालय, जिला-धमतरी (छ.ग.).
33.. सहायक संचालक, नगर तथा ग्राम निवेश, क्षेत्रीय कार्यालय धमतरी (छ.ग.).
4. कार्यालय आयुक्त, नगर पालिक निगम धमतरी, जिला-धमतरी (छ.ग.).
यदि कोई आपत्ति या सुझाव धमतरी विकास योजना (पुनर्विलोकन) प्रारूप 2031 के संबंध में हो, उसे लिखित में नगर तथा ग्राम निवेश क्षेत्रीय कार्यालय धमतरी में उक्त स्थलों पर छत्तीसगढ़ राजपत्र में इस सूचना के प्रकाशित होने के तीस दिन की अवधि का अवसान होने के पूर्व, प्रस्तुत किया जा सकता है.

अनुसूची (ग) प्रारूप विकास योजना की क्रमावस्था को उपदर्शित करने वाली तथा ऐसी रीति कथित करने वाला टिप्पणी जिसमें विकास करने हेतु अनुज्ञा अभिप्राप्य की जानी है. (घ) लोक प्रयोजनों के लिए भूमि अर्जन के खर्चों तथा योजना के कार्यान्वयन में अन्तर्वलित कार्य के खर्चे का समुचित प्राक्कलन उपदर्शित करने वाला टिप्पणी.

NOTICE OF PUBLICATION OF DHAMTARI DEVELOPMENT PLAN (REVISION) DRAFT 2031 No. 54/DP-23(iv)/TCP./2022.⸺ Notice is hereby given that the Draft of Revision Development Plan for Dhamtari Planning Area has been published in accordance with the provision of sub-section (1) of Section 18 and read under section-23 of the Chhattisgarh Nagar Tatha Gram Nivesh Adhiniyam, 1973 (No. 23 of 1973), a copy thereof is available for inspection at-
(1) Office of The Divisional Commissioner, Division-Raipur (C.G.)
(2) Office of The Collector, District- Dhamtari (C.G.)
(3) Assistant Director, Town and Country Planning, Regional Office Dhamtari (C.G.)
(4) Office of the Commisioner, Muncipal Corporation Dhamtari (C.G.)
If there be any objection or suggestion with respect to the said Dhamtari Development Plan (Revision) Draft 2031, the same may be submitted in writing to the Office of Town and Country Planning, Regional Office, Dhamtari before the expiry of thirty days from the date of publication of this Notice in the Chhattisgarh Gazette for due consideration.

SCHEDULE
(a) Existing land use map and narrative report.
(b) Narrative report explaining the provision of the draft development plan supported by maps and charts.
(c) Note indicating the phasing of implementation of the draft plan and stating the manner in which permission to development to be obtained.
(d) Note indicating an appropriate estimate of the cost of land acquisition for public purposes, and the cost of works involved in the implementation plan.
