क्रमांक एफ 11-3/2013/2074/मबावि/50.⸺ किशोर न्याय (बालकों की देखरेख और संरक्षण) अधिनियम, 2015 (2016 का सं. 2) की धारा 4 की उप-धारा (1) एवं (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, राज्य सरकार, एतद्‌द्वारा, नीचे दी गई सारणी के कॉलम (4) में उल्लिखित न्यायिक मजिस्ट्रेट प्रथम श्रेणी को किशोर न्याय बोर्ड के अध्यक्ष के रूप में अधिसूचित करते हुए, कॉलम (3) में उल्लिखित क्षेत्र के लिए प्रधान मजिस्ट्रेट के रूप में सम्मिलित करते हुए, किशोर न्याय बोर्ड का पुर्नगठन करती है, अर्थात्‌ः-

NOTIFICATION

No. F 11- 3/2013/2074/WCD/50.⸺ In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) and (2) of Section 4 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015 (No.2 of 2016), the State Government, hereby, reconstitutes the Juvenile Justice Board by notifying Judicial Magistrate First Class mentioned in column (4) as Chairman of Juvenile Justice Board by including him as Principal Magistrate for the area mentioned in column (3) of the table below, namely:- TABLE
