क्रमांक एफ 2-8/2022/सात-4. - भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परंतुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को
प्रयोग में लाते हुए, छत्तीसगढ़ के राज्यपाल, एतद्द्वारा, छत्तीसगढ़ मुद्रण तथा लेखन सामग्री तृतीय श्रेणी (लिपिक वर्गीय)
सेवा तथा सेवा भर्ती नियम, 2011 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करते हैं, अर्थात् :-
संशोधन
उक्त नियमों में,-
अनुसूची-तीन के कॉलम (3) में ''2. सहायक ग्रेड-3'' के समक्ष कॉलम (7) से संबंधित प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर,
निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टि प्रतिस्थापित की जाये, अर्थात् :-
''(1) किसी मान्यता प्राप्त मण्डल से (102) की परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण,
अथवा
पुरानी हायर सेकेण्डरी परीक्षा के साथ किसी मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय से स्नातक पाठ्यक्रम की
प्रथम वर्ष की परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण होना चाहिये।

No. F 2-8/2022/7-4. - In exercise of the powers conferred by the Proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Chhattisgarh, hereby, makes the following amendment in the Chhattisgarh Printing and Stationery Class-III (Clerical Grade) Service and Recruitment Rules, 2011, namely :-
AMENDMENT
In Schedule of the said rules,-
For entry relating to column (7) against "2. Assistant Grade-III" in column (3) of Schedule-III, the following entry shall be substituted, namely :-
"(1) Passed (10+2) Examination from any recognized Board,
OR
Passed old Higher Secondary Examination with First year examination of Graduation Course from any recognized University.
(2) One year Diploma/Certificate in Data Entry Oprater/Programming from any recognized institute.
