क्रमांक एफ 4-13/2021/सात-1.⸺ छत्तीसगढ़ नगरीय क्षेत्रों के भूमिहीन व्यक्ति (पट्टाधृति अधिकारों का
प्रदान किया जाना) अधिनियम, 1984 (क्र. 15 सन् 1984) की धारा 6 की उप-धारा (1) व्दारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग
में लाते हुए, राज्य सरकार, एतद्व्दारा, छत्तीसगढ़ नगरीय क्षेत्रों के भूमिहीन व्यक्ति (पट्टाधृति अधिकारों का प्रदान किया
जाना) नियम, 2019 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है, अर्थात् :-

उक्त नियमों में,-
(1) नियम 2 के उप-नियम (1) के खण्ड (ग) में, जहां कही भी शब्द ''प्रारूप'' आया हो के स्थान पर, शब्द ''प्ररूप''
प्रतिस्थापित किया जाये।

No. F. 4-13/2021/Seven-1.⸺ In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 6 of the Chhattisgarh Nagariya Kshetron Ke Bhoomihin Vyakti (Pattadhriti Adhikaron Ka Pradan Kiya Jana) Adhiniyam, 1984 (No. 15 of 1984), the State Government, hereby, makes the following amendment in the Chhattisgarh Nagariya Kshetron Ke Bhoomihin Vyakti (Pattadhriti Adhikaron Ka Pradan Kiya Jana) Rules, 2019, namely :-
AMENDMENT
In the said rules,-
(1) In clause (C) of sub-rule (1) of rule 2, for the words "Form" wherever they occur the words "Form" shall be substituted.
(2) In rule 19 , for the words and protasis "All rules corresponding in these rules and in force immediately before the commencement of these rules,"the words and protasis "Chhattisgarh Nagariya Kshetron Ke Bhoomihin Vyakti ( Pattadhriti Adhikaron Ka Pradan Kiya Jana) Rules, 1998" shall be substituted.
