अधिसूचना
क्रमांक एफ 1-1/2017/1/3.⸺ भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, छत्तीसगढ़ के राज्यपाल, एतद्द्वारा, छत्तीसगढ़ सिविल सेवा (सेवा की सामान्य शर्तें) नियम, 1961 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करते हैं, अर्थात् :-
संशोधन
उक्त नियमों में,-
नियम 5 के उप-नियम (घ) के पश्चात्, निम्नलिखित (ङ) जोड़ा जाए, अर्थात्ः-
(ङ) अनुसूचित क्षेत्रों में नियुक्त व्यक्तियों के संबंध में विशेष उपबंध.- इन नियमों में अथवा तत्समय प्रवृत्त किसी अन्य अधिनियम, नियम, आदेश, निर्देश में अंतर्विष्ट किसी बात के होते हुये भी राज्य शासन द्वारा अधिसूचित, अनुसूचित क्षेत्रों बस्तर संभाग/सरगुजा संभाग के अंतर्गत आने वाले जिलों तथा बिलासपुर संभाग के कोरबा एवं गौरेला-पेण्ड्रा-मरवाही जिला के व्यापक विकास के लिए उक्त जिलों/संभाग में लोक सेवाओं में तृतीय/चतुर्थ श्रेणी के जिला स्तरीय एवं संभाग स्तरीय पदों पर नियुक्त व्यक्तियों का स्थानान्तरण/प्रतिनियुक्ति/संविलियन/संलग्नीकरण, जिला स्तरीय पदों पर जिले के एवं संभाग स्तरीय पदों पर संभाग के बाहर नहीं किया जायेगा।''

NOTIFICATION
No. F1-1/2017 /1-3.⸺ In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Chhattisgarh, hereby, makes the following further amendment in the Chhattisgarh Civil Services (General Conditions of Service) Rules, 1961, namely :-
AMENDMENT
In the said rules,-
in rule 5, after sub-rule (e), the following proviso shall be added, namely :-
(e) Special provision in relation to the appointed persons in scheduled areas.- Not withstanding anything contained in these rules or any other Act, Rule, Order, Direction for the time being in force for the comprehensive development of the Scheduled Areas notified by the State Government in the districts falling under Bastar division/Surguja division and Korba and Gaurela-Pendra-Marwahi district of Bilaspur division, the persons appointed on third/fourth class posts on District level and Divisional level in public services in said districts/division shall not be transferred/deputed/merged/attached outside the posts on district level in district and the post on divisional level in division."
