ORDER
F.No. 11428/3088/21-B/C.G./2022.⸺ The State Government, consequent to the enhancement of the rate of Dearness Allowance payable to the Central Government officers/employees vide Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Expenditure O.M. No. 1/3/2022-E.II (B), dated 03-10-2022, hereby, enhances the Dearness Allowance payable to the Judicial Officers of the State, whose pay scale have been revised on the basis of 2nd National Judicial Pay Commission recommendation including on the basis of 7th Pay Commission (interim) and/or Pensioner Judicial Officers and to Family Pensioners of Deceased Judicial Officers of the State, who are receiving pension/family pension as per revised pay scale (interim), from the existing rate of 34% to 38% w.e.f. 01-07-2022.
