क्रमांक-80-भानुप्रतापपुर (अ.ज.जा.) के लिये विधानसभा उप निर्वाचन कार्यक्रम की घोषणा संबंधी भारत निर्वाचन आयोग,
नई दिल्ली द्वारा जारी अधिसूचना संख्या-100/पूर्व अनु.-1/छ.ग.-वि.स./02/2022, दिनांक 10 नवम्बर, 2022 का
एतद्द्वारा सर्वसाधारण की जानकारी हेतु प्रकाशित की जाती है।

अधिसूचना
सं. 100/पूर्व अनु.-1/छ.ग.-वि.स./02/2022. ― यतः छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य की विधान सभा में
80-भानुप्रतापपुर (अ.ज.जा.) विधान सभा निर्वाचन क्षेत्र से निर्वाचित श्री मनोज सिंह मंडावी के निधन हो जाने के परिणाम
स्वरूप दिनांक 16 अक्टूबर, 2022 से स्थान रिक्त हो गया है; और
2. यतः इस प्रकार हुई रिक्ति को भरने के प्रयोजन से उप-निर्वाचन कराया जाना है;
3. अतः, अब, लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम, 1951(1951 का 43) की धारा 150 की उपधारा (2) और धारा 30 और
56 के अनुसरण में भारत निर्वाचन आयोग एतद्द्वारा :-
(अ) छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य से उक्त 80-भानुप्रतापपुर (अ.ज.जा.) विधान सभा निर्वाचन क्षेत्र से यह अपेक्षा करता है कि
उक्त अधिनियम के और तद्धीन बनाये गये नियमों और किये गये आदेशों के उपबन्धों के अनुसार 10 दिसम्बर,
2022 (शनिवार) से पूर्व राज्य की किसी भी अनुसूचित जनजाति से संबंध रखने वाले, एक व्यक्ति को, राज्य की
विधान सभा में हुई उक्त रिक्ति को भरने के प्रयोजन से निर्वाचित करें;
(आ) उक्त निर्वाचन के संबंध में :-
क. नाम निर्देशन करने की अन्तिम तारीख ः 17 नवंबर, 2022 (बृहस्पतिवार)
ख. नाम निर्देशनों की संवीक्षा की तारीख ः 18 नवंबर, 2022 (शुक्रवार)
ग. अभ्यर्थिताएं वापस लेने की अन्तिम तरीख ः 21 नवंबर, 2022 (सोमवार)
घ. वह तारीख जिसको, यदि आवश्यक हुआ तो मतदान होगा ः 05 दिसंबर, 2022 (सोमवार)
ङ. वह तारीख जिससे पूर्व निर्वाचन सम्पन्न करा लिया जाएगा ः 10 दिसंबर, 2022 (शनिवार)
नियत करता है; और
(इ) 07ः00 बजे पूर्वान्ह् से 03ः00 बजे अपरान्ह तक का समय ऐसे समय के रूप में नियत करता है जिसके दौरान,
यदि आवश्यक हुआ तो, निर्वाचन के लिए उक्त विनिर्दिष्ट तारीख को मतदान होगा।

NOTIFICATION
No. 100/ES-1/CGH-LA/2/2022.― WHEREAS, the seat of Sh. Manoj Singh Mandavi, in the Legislative Assembly of the State of Chhattisgarh, elected from 80-Bhanupratappur (ST) Assembly Constituency in the State, has become vacant on 16th October, 2022 by reason of his death; and
2. WHEREAS, a bye-election is to be held for the purpose of filling the said vacancy;
3. NOW, THEREFORE, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 150 and section 30 and 56 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951), the Election Commission of India hereby- (A) calls upon the said 80-Bhanupratappur (ST) Assembly Constituency in the State of Chhattisgarh, to elect, before the 10th December, 2022 (Saturday), and in accordance with the provisions of the said Act and of the rules and orders made thereunder, a person belonging to any of the Schedule Tribes of the State, for the purpose of filling the said vacancy in the Legislative Assembly of the State;
(B) appoints, with respect to the said election:-
a. the 17th November, 2022 (Thursday) as the last date for making nominations ;
b. the 18th November, 2022 (Friday) as the date for the scrutiny of
nominations;
c. the 21st November, 2022 (Monday) as the last date for the withdrawal of
candidatures;
d. the 05th December, 2022 (Monday) as the date on which a poll shall, if
necessary, be taken; and
e. the 10th December, 2022 (Saturday) as the date before which the election
shall be completed; and
(C) Fixes the hours from 07.00 A.M to 03.00 P.M as the hours during which the poll shall, if necessary, be taken on the date specified above for the election.
