क्रमांक एफ 10-31/2002/1/5. - भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 243-ट के खण्ड (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त
शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, छत्तीसगढ़ के राज्यपाल, एतद्द्वारा राज्य निर्वाचन आयुक्त (सेवा शर्ते) नियम, 2002 में
निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करते हैं, अर्थात -
संशोधन
उक्त नियमों में -
नियम-5 के द्वितीय परंतुक में, शब्द ''छह मास'' के स्थान पर, शब्द ''एक वर्ष'' प्रतिस्थापित किया जाये ।
F. No. 10-31/2002/1/5. - In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (2) of Article 243-K of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Chhattisgarh, hereby, make the further amendment in the State Election Commissioner (Conditions of Service) Rules, 2002, namely –

In the said rules, -
In second proviso of rule 5, for the words "six months", the words "one year" shall be substituted.
