क्रमांक एफ 1-22/खाद्य/2016/29-1.⸺ राष्ट्रीय खाद्य सुरक्षा अधिनियम, 2013 की धारा 16 (1) में प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए एवं छत्तीसगढ़ सार्वजनिक वितरण प्रणाली (आंतरिक शिकायत निवारण) नियम, 2016 की कण्डिका 8 (क) में किए गए प्रावधानों के अनुपालन में राज्य शासन एतद् द्वारा छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य खाद्य आयोग में निम्नलिखित व्यक्तियों को उनके नाम के सम्मुख दर्शाये गये पदों पर उनके कार्यभार ग्रहण करने के दिनांक से 05 वर्ष की अवधि अथवा 65 वर्ष की आयु पूर्ण होने तक, जो भी पहले हो नियुक्त करता हैः-

यह आदेश छत्तीसगढ़ राजपत्र में प्रकाशित होने के दिनांक से प्रभावशील होगा। अटल नगर, दिनांक 16 नवम्बर 2022 क्रमांक एफ 1-22/खाद्य/2016/29-1.- भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 348 के खण्ड (3) के अनुसरण में इस विभाग की समसंख्यक अधिसूचना दिनांक 16-11-2022 का अंग्रेजी अनुवाद राज्यपाल के प्राधिकार से एतद्द्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है.

No. F 1-22/Food/2016/29-1.⸺ In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 16(1) of the National Food Security Act, 2013 (No 20 of 2013) and In compliance to the provisions contained in the Rule 8 (a) of the Chhattisgarh Public Distribution System (Internal Grievance Redressal ) Rules, 2016, the State Government hereby appoint the following persons in the Chhattisgarh State Food Commission on the post described opposite to their names for a period of 5 (Five) years or on attaining the age of 65 years, whichever is earlier, from the date of their joining :
