क्रमांक एफ-4-90/गृह-सी/2022.⸺ लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम, 1951 (1951 का सं. 43) की धारा 28क के प्रावधान के अनुसरण में तथा भारत निर्वाचन आयोग के आदेश क्रमांक 434/1/ES026/94 MCS, दिनांक 24 अक्टूबर, 1994 में अंतर्विष्ट निर्देशों को दृष्टिगत रखते हुए, छत्तीसगढ़ विधानसभा के निर्वाचन क्षेत्र क्र.80-भानुप्रतापपुर (अ.ज.जा.) के उप चुनाव, 2022 के संचालन हेतु राज्य शासन द्वारा पदाभिहित समस्त पुलिस अधिकारी, इस निर्वाचन की अधिसूचना दिनांक 10 नवम्बर, 2022 को तथा से प्रारंभ होकर एवं इसके परिणाम घोषित किये जाने की तारीख को समाप्त होने वाली अवधि के लिए निर्वाचन आयोग में प्रतिनियुक्ति पर माने जायेंगे और निर्वाचन आयोग के नियंत्रण, अधीक्षण और अनुशासन के अध्यधीन होंगे.

No. F-4-90/Home-c/2022.⸺ In pursuance of the provision of Section 28A of the Representation of the People Act, 1951 (No. 43 of 1951) and in view of the directions contained in the Election Commission of India's Order No. 434/1/ESO26/94 MCS, dated 24th October, 1994, all Police Officers designated by the State Government for the conduct of Bye-Election, 2022 to the Constituency No. 80-Bhanupratappur (ST) of Chhattisgarh Legislative Assembly, shall be deemed to be on deputation to the Election Commission for the period commencing on and from 10th November, 2022, the date of Notification of calling for this election and ending with the date of declaration of its result and shall be subject to the control, superintendence and discipline of the Election Commission.
