अधिसूचना
क्रमांक एफ-1(2)/48/सं.का./2019.⸺ भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को, प्रयोग में लाते हुए, छत्तीसगढ़ के राज्यपाल, एतद्द्वारा, छत्तीसगढ़ संसदीय कार्य विभाग सेवा भर्ती नियम, 2021 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करते हैं, अर्थात् :-
संशोधन
उक्त नियमों की अनुसूची में,-
1. अनुसूची - एक के सरल क्रमांक 10 के कॉलम (3) में, अंक ''2'' के स्थान पर, अंक ''1'' प्रतिस्थापित किया जाये.
2. अनुसूची - एक के सरल क्रमांक 12 के कॉलम (3) में, अंक ''2'' के स्थान पर, अंक ''3'' प्रतिस्थापित किया जाये.
3. अनुसूची-तीन के सरल क्रमांक 2 के कॉलम (6) की प्रविष्टि (3) के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टि प्रतिस्थापित किया जाये, अर्थात्ः-
''(3) किसी मान्यता प्राप्त संस्था से डाटा एन्ट्री ऑपरेटर/प्रोग्रामिंग में एक वर्षीय डिप्लोमा/प्रमाणपत्र तथा मान्यता प्राप्त मण्डल/संस्था अथवा छत्तीसगढ़ शीघ्रलेखन मुद्रलेखन परीक्षा परिषद् से (कम्प्यूटर एवं साफ्टवेयर के माध्यम से) हिन्दी अथवा अंग्रेजी मुद्रलेखन में 5000 की (Key) डिप्रेशन प्रति घंटे की गति का प्रमाणपत्र (गति के लिये कौशल परीक्षा ली जाएगी)।''
4. अनुसूची - तीन के सरल क्रमांक 3 के कॉलम (6) की प्रविष्टि (3) के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टि प्रतिस्थापित किया जाये, अर्थात्ः-
''(3) किसी मान्यता प्राप्त मण्डल/संस्था अथवा छत्तीसगढ़ शीघ्रलेखन मुद्रलेखन परीक्षा परिषद् से (कम्प्यूटर एवं साफ्टवेयर के माध्यम से) हिन्दी अथवा अंग्रेजी मुद्रलेखन में 5000 की (Key) डिप्रेशन प्रति घंटे की गति का प्रमाणपत्र (गति के लिये कौशल परीक्षा ली जाएगी)।'' अटल नगर, दिनांक 15 नवम्बर 2022 क्रमांक एफ-1(2)/48/सं.का./2019.⸺ भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 348 के खण्ड(3) के अनुसरण में इस विभाग की समसंख्यक अधिसूचना दिनांक 15 नवम्बर, 2022 का अंगे्रजी अनुवाद राज्यपाल के प्राधिकार से एतद्द्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है।

NOTIFICATION
No. F-1(2)/48/P.A./2019.⸺ In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Chhattisgarh, hereby, makes the following amendment in the Chhattisgarh Parliamentary Affairs Department Service Recruitment Rules, 2021, namely:-
AMENDMENT
In Schedule of the said rules,-
1. In Column (3) of serial number 10 of Schedule-I, for the figure "2", the figure "1" shall be substituted.
2. In Column (3) of serial number 12 of Schedule-I, for the figure "2", the figure "3" shall be substituted.
3. For entry (3) of column (6) of serial number 2 of Schedule-III, the following entry shall be substituted, namely:-
"(3) One year Diploma/Certificate in Data Entry Operator/Programming from any recognized Institute and certificate of Hindi or English typing 5000 (Key) depression per hour (through) computer and software) from Recognized Board/Institute or Chhattisgarh Stenography Typing Examination Council (efficiency test for speed shall be taken)."
4. For entry (3) of column (6) of serial number 3 of Schedule-III, the following entry shall be substituted, namely:-
"(3) Certificate of Hindi or English typing 5000 (Key) depression per hour (through) computer and software) from Recognized Board/Institute or Chhattisgarh Stenography Typing Examination Council (efficiency test for speed shall be taken)."
