क्रमांक एफ 10-45/2022/वाक/पांच (90).⸺ छत्तीसगढ़ माल और सेवा कर अधिनियम, 2017 (2017 का 7) की धारा 39 की उपधारा (6) के द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, राज्य सरकार, परिषद् की सिफारिशों पर, धारा 39 की उप-धारा (1) के साथ पठित छत्तीसगढ़ माल और सेवा कर नियम, 2017 के नियम 61 के उपनियम (1) के खंड (i) के तहत विवरणी प्रस्तुत करने वाले पंजी—त व्यक्तियों के लिए, माह सितम्बर, 2022 की प्ररूप जीएसटीआर-3ख में विवरणी प्रस्तुत करने की नियत तारीख को अक्टूबर, 2022 के 21वें दिन तक विस्तारित करते हैं ।
2. इस अधिसूचना को 21 अक्टूबर, 2022 से लागू माना जाएगा ।

No. F 10-45/2022/CT/V(90). – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (6) of section 39 of the Chhattisgarh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (7 of 2017), the State Government, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby extends the due date for furnishing the return in FORM GSTR-3B, for the registered persons required to furnish return under sub-section (1) of section 39 read with clause (i) of sub-rule (1) of rule 61 of the Chhattisgarh Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, for the month of September, 2022 till the 21st day of October, 2022.
2. This notification shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from the 21st day of October, 2022.
