अधिसूचना
क्रमांक एफ 13-24/दो-गृह/न.से./2017.⸺ छत्तीसगढ़ अग्निशमन एवं आपातकालीन सेवा अधिनियम, 2018(क्र. 19 सन् 2018) की धारा 14 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, छत्तीसगढ़ के राज्यपाल, एतदद्वारा, निम्नलिखित श्रेणी के परिसरों या भवनों या अधिवासों और पंडालों को आग लगने के जोखिम की संभावना होने की घोषणा करते हैं, अर्थात्ः-
1. 50 व्यक्तियों से अधिक बैठने की क्षमता वाला या 50 वर्ग मीटर से अधिक का आच्छादित क्षेत्रफल वाला पंडाल। 2. आवासीय भवन (होटल और गेस्ट हाउस के अलावा) जिनकी ऊंचाई 15 मीटर से अधिक हो या जो भूतल एवं चार ऊपरी मंजिल वाला हो, जिनमें मेजनाइन फ्लोर भी शामिल है।
3. होटल, लॉजिंग और गेस्ट हाउस, -
(एक) जिसकी ऊंचाई 12 मीटर या उससे अधिक हो; या
(दो) जिसका 500 वर्ग मीटर या उससे अधिक का निर्मित क्षेत्रफल हो; या
(तीन) तीन सितारा या उससे ऊपर की श्रेणियों वाले हो; या
(चार) जिनमें सभा स्थल हो, जैसे सभागार, कन्वेंशन हॉल, असेंबली हॉल, मनोरंजन हॉल आदि, जिनकी किसी भी एक या अधिक मंजिलों पर 500 वर्गमीटर या अधिक का निर्मित क्षेत्रफल हो और जहां लोग मनाेंरंजन, मनोविनोद, क्रीडा, सामाजिक, धार्मिक और इसी तरह के अन्य उद्देश्य के लिए इकट्टा या एकत्र होते हो ।
4. शैक्षणिक भवन, जिनकी ऊंचाई 9 मीटर से अधिक या भूतल एवं दो ऊपरी मंजिल वाले हों जिसमें मेजनाइन फ्लोर भी शामिल है या 1000 वर्गमीटर या उससे अधिक के निर्मित क्षेत्र वाले हों ।
5. संस्थागत् भवन, जिनकी ऊंचाई 9 मीटर से अधिक हो या जिनमें भूतल एवं दो ऊपरी मंजिलें हों या 30 से अधिक बिस्तर वाले; या जिनमें कोई क्रिटिकल केयर यूनिट हो।
6. भारत की राष्ट्रीय भवन संहिता, 2016 भाग-4 में परिभाषित सभी सभा भवन (मैरेज हॉल सहित)। 7. व्यवसाय या कार्यालय भवन,-
(एक) जिनकी ऊंचाई बारह मीटर या उससे अधिक है; या
(दो) जिनका 500 वर्गमीटर या उससे अधिक निर्मित क्षेत्रफल है।
8. व्यापारिक भवन, जिनकी ऊंचाई 9 मीटर से अधिक या 500 वर्गमीटर और उससे अधिक का निर्मित क्षेत्रफल हो और सभी भूमिगत संरचनाएं।
9. समस्त औद्योेगिक भवन।
10. भण्डारण भवन, जिनकी सभी मंजिलों पर 250 वर्गमीटर से अधिक आच्छादित क्षेत्रफल होे ।
11. स्वास्थ्य/सुरक्षा की दृष्टि से सभी खतरनाक (हैजर्डस) भवन ।
12. समस्त भूमिगत संरचनाएं।

NOTIFICATION
No. F-13-24/Two-Home/HomeGard/2017.⸺ In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 14 of the Chhattisgarh Fire and Emergency Service Act, 2018 (No. 19 of 2018), the Government of Chhattisgarh, hereby, declares, the following class of premises or buildings or occupancies and pandals, likely to cause risk of fire, namely:-
1. Pandal having seating capacity more than 50 persons or covered area more than 50 square meters.
2. Residential buildings (other than hotels and guest houses) having height more than 15 meters or having ground plus four upper stories including mezzanine floor.
3. Hotels, Lodgings and Guest Houses,-
(i) having height of 12 meters or above; or
(ii) having a built-up area of 500 square meters or above; or
(iii) three star or above categories; or
(iv) having places of assembly like Auditoria, Convention Halls, Assembly Halls, Recreation Halls etc. of built-up area of 500 square meters and above on any one or more floors, where people gather or congregate for amusement, recreation, sports, social, religious and similar other purposes.
4. Educational buildings having height more than 9 meters or having ground plus two upper stories including mezzanine floor or having built-up area of 1000 square meters, or more.
5. Institutional buildings having height more than 9 meters or having ground plus two upper stories; or having more than 30 beds; or having any critical care unit.
6. All Assembly buildings as defined in Part-IV of the National Building Code of India, 2016 (including marriage halls).
7. Business or office buildings,-
(i) having height of 12 meters or above; or
(ii) having a built-up area of 500 square meters or above;
8. Mercantile buildings having height more than 9 meters or having a built-up area of 500 square meters and above and all underground structures.
9. All Industrial buildings.
10. Storage buildings having covered area on all floors more than 250 square meters.
11. In view of Health/Security all Hazardous buildings.
12. All underground structures.
