क्रमांक एफ 07-02/2011/32.⸺ छत्तीसगढ़ विशेष क्षेत्र (अचल सम्पत्ति का व्ययन) नियम, 2008 में और संशोधन का निम्नलिखित प्रारूप, जिसे राज्य सरकार, छत्तीसगढ़ नगर तथा ग्राम निवेश अधिनियम, 1973 (क्रमांक 23 सन् 1973) की धारा 85 की उप-धारा (1) सहपठित धारा 24 की उप-धारा (3) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए बनाना प्रस्तावित करती है, उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 85 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा अपेक्षित किए गए अनुसार, उन समस्त व्यक्तियों, जिनके कि इससे प्रभावित होने की संभावना है, की जानकारी के लिए एतद्द्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है तथा एतद्द्वारा सूचित किया जाता है कि उक्त प्रारूप पर इस सूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से तीस दिवस के अवसान के पश्चात् विचार किया जायेगा।
कोई आपत्ति या सुझाव, जो उक्त प्रारूप के संबंध में किसी व्यक्ति से, विनिर्दिष्ट कालावधि के पूर्व, अपर मुख्य सचिव, आवास एवं पर्यावरण विभाग, छत्तीसगढ़ शासन, कक्ष क्रमांक एम-5-11, मंत्रालय, महानदी भवन, नवा रायपुर अटल नगर के कार्यालय में, कार्यालयीन समय में प्राप्त हो, पर छत्तीसगढ़ शासन द्वारा विचार किया जायेगा,
संशोधन प्रारूप
उक्त नियमों में, -
नियम 4 के उप-नियम (5) में, वाक्यांश ''प्राधिकारी के आवासीय भू-खण्ड आबंटन योजना के अंतर्गत'' के पश्चात्, वाक्यांश एवं चिन्ह ''या प्राधिकारी के व्यावसायिक या सार्वजनिक/अर्द्ध-सार्वजनिक या आमोद-प्रमोद, यथास्थिति, के भू-उपयोग के अंतर्गत'' अंतःस्थापित किया जाये।

क्रमांक एफ 07-02/2011/32.⸺ भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 348 के खण्ड (3) के अनुसरण में छत्तीसगढ़ विशेष क्षेत्र (अचल सम्पत्ति का व्ययन) नियम, 2008 में संशोधन संबंधी इस विभाग की समसंख्यक सूचना दिनांक 25-11-2022 का हिन्दी एवं अंग्रेजी अनुवाद राज्यपाल के प्राधिकार से एतद्द्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है। Atal Nagar, the 25th November 2022 NOTICE
No. F 07-02/2011/32.⸺ The following further draft of amendment in the Chhattisgarh Vishesh Kshetra (Achal Sampatti Ka Vyayan) Niyam, 2008, which the State Government proposes to make in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 85 read with sub-section (3) of Section 24 of the Chhattisgarh Nagar Tatha Gram Nivesh Adhiniyam, 1973 (No. 23 of 1973), is hereby, published as required by sub-section (1) of Section 85 of the said Adhiniyam for information of all persons likely to be affected thereby and notice is hereby given that the said draft shall be taken into consideration after the expiry of thirty days from the date of publication of this notice in the Official Gazette.
Any objection or suggestion regarding the said draft received from any person, before the specified period during office hours by the office of the Additional Chief Secretary, Department of Housing and Environment, Government of Chhattisgarh, Room No. M-5-11, Mantralaya, Mahanadi Bhawan, Nawa Raipur Atal Nagar, shall be considered by the Government of Chhattisgarh.
DRAFT AMENDMENT
In the said rules,-
In sub-rule (5) of rule 4, after the protasis "under the scheme of allotment of residential plots of the Authority", the protasis and symbol " or under Commercial or Public/Semi-public or Recreational land use of the Authority, as the case may be," shall be inserted.
