No. 13988/Rules/2022.⸺ With reference to the subject cited above, it is to inform you that the High Court of Chhattisgarh recommends the following amendments in the Chhattisgarh Rules and Orders (Criminal):-
AMENDMENTS
In Rule 575 of the said Rule, after No. 26 following be added :-
"(27) Chhattisgarh Protection of Depositors Interest Act, 2005."
It is, therefore, requested to get the above amendments notified in the Official Gazette of Government of Chhattisgarh after due and appropriate approval of the Governor. A Copy of the Gazette be made available to this Registry.
