क्रमांक एफ 3-8/2013/नौ/55-4. ⎯ भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों
को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, छत्तीसगढ़ के राज्यपाल, एतद्द्वारा, छत्तीसगढ़ चिकित्सा शिक्षा (चतुर्थ श्रेणी) सेवा भर्ती नियम,
2019 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करते हैं, अर्थात् :-

उक्त नियमों में, -
नियम 6 के उप-नियम (1) के खण्ड (क) में, शब्द ''एवं साक्षात्कार'' का लोप किया जाये।

No. F 3-8/2013/Naw/55-4. ⎯ In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Chhattisgarh, hereby, makes the following further amendment in the Chhattisgarh Medical Education (Class IV) Service Recruitment Rules, 2019, namely :-

In the said rules, -
In Clause (a) of sub rule (1) of Rule 6, the words "and interview" shall be ommited.
