क्रमांक एफ-4-281/गृह-सी/2014.⸺ छत्तीसगढ़ विशेष जन सुरक्षा अधिनियम, 2005 (क्रमांक 14 सन् 2006) की धारा 3 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए राज्य शासन एतद्द्वारा इस विभाग की अधिसूचना क्रमांक एफ-4-281/गृह-सी/2014, दिनांक 17 दिसम्बर, 2021 में वृद्वि करते हुए जनहित क्रांति पार्टी को पुनः एक वर्ष की कालावधि के लिए विधि विरूद्ध संगठन के रूप में घोषित करती है.
यह अधिसूचना दिनांक 17 दिसम्बर, 2022 से एक वर्ष के लिए छत्तीसगढ़ में प्रवृत्त रहेगी.

No. F-4-281/Home-c/2014.⸺ In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Chhattisgarh Visesh Jan Suraksha Adhiniyam, 2005 (No. 14 of 2006), the State Government hereby, extends the notification of this Department No. F-4- 281/Home-c/2014, dated 17 December, 2021 and declares Janhit Kranti Party Organisation as Unlawful Organisations for a further period of one year.
This Notification will remain in force for one year in Chhattisgarh with effect from 17 December, 2022.
