अधिसूचना
क्रमांक एफ 01-03/2022/17-दो. - भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदा शक्तियों को
प्रयोग में लाते हुए, छाीसगढ़ के राज्यपाल, एतद्द्वारा, छाीसगढ़ खाद्य एवं औषधि प्रशासन (अराजपत्रित) सेवा की भर्ती
नियम, 2011 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करते हैं, अर्थात् :-
संशोधन
उक्त नियमों में,-
1. नियम 8 के खण्ड (एक) के उप खण्ड (च) का लोप किया जाये।
2. नियम 18 के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जाये, अर्थात्ः-
"18. वरिवीक्षा- (1) सेवा में सीधे भर्ती किया गया प्रत्येक व्यक्ति, 3 वर्ष की कालावधि के लिये परिवीक्षा पर
नियुक्त किया जायेगा।
(2) सेवा में पदोन्नति द्वारा पदस्थ किया गया प्रत्येक व्यक्ति, 2 वर्ष की कालावधि के लिये स्थानापन्न हैसियत
से नियुक्त किया जायेगा।"
3. अनुसूची-दो के शीर्षक "क-अनुसचिवीय (लिपिक वर्गीय)" के अंतर्गत सरल क्रमांक 2 एवं उससे संबंधित
प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित सरल क्रमांक प्रतिस्थापित किया जाये, अर्थात्ः-

4. अनुसूची-दो के शीर्षक "ख कार्यपालक" के अंतर्गत सरल क्रमांक 3 एवं उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर,
निम्नलिखित सरल क्रमांक प्रतिस्थापित किया जाये, अर्थात्ः-

| "3. | औषधि निरीक्षक | 112 | 90% | 10%" |
5. अनुसूची-तीन के शीर्षक "क-अनुसचिवीय (लिपिक वर्गीय)" के अंतर्गत सरल क्रमांक 1 एवं उससे संबंधित
प्रविष्टियों का लोप किया जाये।
6. अनुसूची-तीन के शीर्षक "क-अनुसचिवीय (लिपिक वर्गीय)" के अंतर्गत सरल क्रमांक 3 के कॉलम (5) की
प्रविष्टि (3) के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टि प्रतिस्थापित किया जाये, अर्थात्ः-
"(2) किसी मान्यता प्राप्त संस्था से डाटा एन्ट्री ऑपरेटर/प्रोग्रामिंग में एक वर्षीय डिप्लोमा/ प्रमाणपत्र तथा
मान्यता प्राप्त मण्डल/संस्था अथवा छाीसगढ़ शीघ्रलेखक मुद्रलेखन परीक्षा परिषद् से (कम्प्यूटर एवं सॉफ्टवेयर
के माध्यम से) हिन्दी एवं अंग्रेजी मुद्रलेखन में 8000 की (Key) डिप्रेशन प्रति घंटे की गति का प्रमाणपत्र (गति
के लिये कौशल परीक्षा ली जायेगी)।"
7. अनुसूची-तीन के शीर्षक "क-अनुसचिवीय (लिपिक वर्गीय)" के अंतर्गत सरल क्रमांक-4 के कॉलम (5) की
प्रविष्टि (3) के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टि प्रतिस्थापित किया जाये, अर्थात्ः-
"(3) किसी मान्यता प्राप्त मण्डल/संस्था अथवा छाीसगढ़ शीघ्रलेखन मुद्रलेखन परीक्षा परिषद् से (कम्प्यूटर एवं
साफ्टवयेर के माध्यम से) हिन्दी अथवा अंग्रेजी मुद्रलेखन में 5000 की (Key) डिप्रेशन प्रति घंटे की गति का
प्रमाणपत्र (गति के लिये कौशल परीक्षा ली जायेगी)।"
8. अनुसूची-चार के शीर्षक "क अनुसचिवीय (लिपिक वर्गीय) के अंतर्गत सरल क्रमांक 3 एवं उससे संबंधित
प्रविष्टियों के पश्चात्, निम्नलिखित सरल क्रमांक अंतःस्थापित किया जाये, अर्थात्ः-

| "3(क) | डाटाएन्ट्री ऑपरेटर | सहायक प्रोग्रामर | 07 वर्ष | -तदैव- सहायक प्रोग्रामर के पद पर पदोन्नति के लिये किसी मान्यता प्राप्त संस्था/ मंडल/विश्वविद्यालय से कम्प्यूटर साइंस में बी.ई./बी.टेक./बी.एस.सी. इंजीनियरिंग/एम.एस.सी./एम.सी.ए./बी.सी.ए./बी. सी.एम. की परीक्षा उाीर्ण होना चाहिए।" |

विभाग की समसंख्यक अधिसूचना दिनांक 15 दिसम्बर, 2022 का अंग्रेजी अनुवाद राज्यपाल के प्राधिकार से एतद्द्वारा
प्रकाशित किया जाता है।

NOTIFICATION
No. F 01-03/2022/17-II. - In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Chhattisgarh, hereby, makes the following further amendment in the Chhattisgarh Food and Drugs Administration (Non-Gazetted) Service Recruitment Rules, 2011, namely :-
AMENDMENT
In the said rules,-
1. Sub-clause (f) of clause (I) of rule 8 shall be omitted.
2. For rule 18, the following shall be substituted, namely:-
"18. Probation.- (1) Every persion recruited directly to the service shall be appointed on probation for a period of 3 years.
(2) Every persion posted by promotion to the service shall be appointed in officiating capacity for a period of 2 years."
3. Under Heading "A-Ministerial (Clerical)" of Schedule-II, for serial number 2 and entries relating thereto, the following serial number shall be substituted, namely:-

4. Under Heading "B-Executive" of Schedule-II, for serial number 3 and entries relating thereto, the following serial number shall be substituted, namely:-

5. Under Heading "A-Ministerial (Clerical)" of Schedule-III, the serial number 1 and entries relating thereto shall be omitted.
6. Under Heading "A-Ministerial (Clerical)" of Schedule-III, for entry (2) of column (5) of serial number 3, the following entry shall be substituted, namely:-
"(2) One year Diploma/Certificate in Data Entry Operator/Programming from any recognized Institute and certificate of Hindi and English typing 8000 (key) depression per hour (through computer and software) from recognized Board/Institute or Chhattisgarh Stenography Typing Examination Council (efficiency test for speed shall be taken)."
7. Under Heading "A-Ministerial (Clerical)" of Schedule-III, for entry (3) of column (5) of serial number 4, the following entry shall be substituted, namely:-
"(3) Certificate of Hindi or English typing 5000 (key) depression per hour (through computer and software) from recognized Board/Institute or Chhattisgarh Stenography Typing Examination Council (efficiency test for speed shall be taken)."
8. Under Heading "A-Ministerial (Clerical)" of Schedule-IV, after serial number 3 and entries relating thereto, the following entries shall be inserted, namely:-
