F.No. 13945/3848/XXI-B/C.G./21.⸺ In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Family Courts Act, 1984 (No. 66 of 1984), with concurrence of the Hon'ble High Court of Chhattisgarh and in compliance of its Memo No. 14990/III-8-2/2001, Bilaspur, dated 07-12-2022, the State Government, hereby, makes the following amendment in this Department's Notification No. 4905/1240/XXI-B/C.G./2021 Dated 11-05-2021, namely:-
AMENDMENT
In the said Notification,
In serial No. 12, in Column no. 4, for the word "Revenue District", the word "Civil District" shall be substituted and the word "Ambagarh-Chowki" shall be omitted.
