अधिसूचना
क्रमांक एफ 8-3/2008/34-1.⸺ भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, छत्तीसगढ़ के राज्यपाल, एतद्द्वारा, छत्तीसगढ़ लोक स्वास्थ्य यांत्रिकी (अराजपत्रित) (भर्ती तथा सेवा की शर्तें) नियम, 2016 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करते है, अर्थात :-

उक्त नियमों की अनुसूची में -
1. अनुसूची-तीन के सरल कमांक 7 के कॉलम (5) की प्रविष्टि (3) के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टि प्रतिस्थापित की जाये, अर्थात्ः-
''(3) मान्यता प्राप्त मंडल/संस्था अथवा छत्तीसगढ़ शीघ्रलेखन मुद्रलेखन परीक्षा परिषद् से (कम्प्यूटर एवं साफ्टवेयर के माध्यम से) हिन्दी अथवा अंग्रेजी मुद्रलेखन में 5000 की (Key) डिप्रेशन प्रति घंटे की गति का प्रमाण पत्र (गति के लिए कौशल परीक्षा ली जाएगी।''
2. अनुसूची-तीन के सरल कमांक 8 के कॉलम (5) की प्रविष्टि (3) के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टि प्रतिस्थापित की जाये, अर्थात्ः-
''(3) किसी मान्यता प्राप्त संस्था से डाटा एण्ट्री आपरेटर/प्रोग्रामिंग में एक वर्षीय डिप्लोमा/प्रमाणपत्र तथा मान्यता प्राप्त मण्डल/संस्था अथवा छत्तीसगढ़ शीघ्रलेखन मुद्रलेखन परीक्षा परिषद् से (कम्प्यूटर एवं साफ्टवेयर के माध्यम से) हिन्दी अथवा अंग्रेजी मुद्रलेखन में 5000 की (Key) डिप्रेशन प्रति घंटे की गति का प्रमाण पत्र (गति के लिए कौशल परीक्षा ली जाएगी)।"
3. अनुसूची-तीन के सरल क्रमांक 10 के कॉलम (5) की प्रविष्टि (2) के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टि प्रतिस्थापित की जाये, अर्थात्ः-
''(2) किसी मान्यता प्राप्त संस्था से डाटा एन्ट्री ऑपरेटर/प्रोग्रामिंग में एक वर्षीय डिप्लोमा/प्रमाणपत्र तथा मान्यता प्राप्त मण्डल/संस्था अथवा छत्तीसगढ़ शीघ्रलेखन मुद्रलेखन परीक्षा परिषद् से (कम्प्यूटर एवं साफ्टवेयर के माध्यम से) हिन्दी एवं अंग्रेजी मुद्रलेखन में 8000 की (Key) डिप्रेशन प्रति घंटे की गति का प्रमाण पत्र (गति के लिये कौशल परीक्षा ली जाएगी।'' Atal Nagar, the 17th January 2023
NOTIFICATION
No. F 8-3/2008/34-1.⸺ In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Chhattisgarh, hereby, makes the following amendment in the Chhattisgarh Public Health Engineering Department (Non-Gazetted) (Recruitment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2016, namely:-
AMENDMENT
In Schedule of the said rules,-
1. For entry (3) of column (5) of serial number 7 of Schedule-III, the following entry shall be substituted, namely :-
"(3) Certificate in Hindi or English typing 5000 (Key) depression per hour (through computer and software) from Recognized Board/Institute or Chhattisgarh Stenography Typing Examination Council (efficiency test for speed shall be taken)."
2. For entry (3) of column (5) of serial number 8 of Schedule-III, the following entry shall be substituted, namely :-
"(3) One year diploma/certificate in data entry operator/programming from any recognized Institute and certificate of Hindi or English typing 5000 (Key) depression per hour (through computer and software) from Recognized Board/Institute or Chhattisgarh Stenography Typing Examination Council (efficiency test for speed shall be taken)."
3. For entry (2) of column (5) of serial number 10 of Schedule-III, the following entry shall be substituted, namely :-
"(2) One year diploma/certificate in data entry operator/programming from any recognized Institute and certificate of Hindi and English typing 8000 (Key) depression per hour (through computer and software) from Recognized Board/Institute or Chhattisgarh Stenography Typing Examination Council (efficiency test for speed shall be taken)."
