अधिसूचना
क्रमांक एफ 5-11/आठ-परि./2022.⸺ छत्तीसगढ़ मोटरयान कराधान अधिनियम, 1991 (क्र. 25 सन् 1991) की धारा 23 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, राज्य सरकार, एतद्द्वारा छत्तीसगढ़ मोटरयान कराधान अधिनियम, 1991 की अनुसूची में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है, जिसे उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 23 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा अपेक्षित किये गए अनुसार पूर्व में प्रकाशित किया जा चुका है, अर्थातः-

उक्त अधिनियम की अनुसूची में,-
द्वितीय अनुसूची के भाग-एक के सरल क्रमांक 8 के पश्चात्, निम्नलिखित सरल क्रमांक जोड़ा जाये, अर्थात््ः-

NOTIFICATION
No. F 5-11/VIII-Trans./2022.⸺ In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 23 of the Chhattisgarh Motoryan Karadhan Adhiniyam, 1991 (No. 25 of 1991), the State Government, hereby, makes the following further amendment in the Schedule of the Chhattisgarh Motoryan Karadhan Adhiniyam, 1991, the same having been previously published as required by sub-section (1) of Section 23 of the said Adhiniyam, namely:-
AMENDMENT
In Schedule of the said Adhiniyam,-
After serial number 8 of Part-I of the Second Schedule, the following serial number shall be added, namely:-

| "9. | Motor Caravan | 10% of the cost of the vehicle." |
This notification shall come into force from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
