अधिसूचना
क्रमांक एफ 5-7/आठ-परि./2022.⸺ छत्तीसगढ़ मोटरयान कराधान अधिनियम, 1991 (क्र. 25 सन् 1991) की धारा 23 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, राज्य सरकार, एतद्द्वारा, उक्त अधिनियम में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है, जिसे उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 23 की उप-धारा (1) के द्वारा अपेक्षित किए गए अनुसार पूर्व में ही प्रकाशित किया जा चुका है, अर्थात्ः-

उक्त अधिनियम की अनुसूची में,-
द्वितीय अनुसूची के भाग-एक के सरल क्रमांक 2 के कॉलम (2) में, शब्द ''किसी भी प्रकार की लदान रहित मोटर कारें'' के पश्चात्, शब्द ''व एम्बुलेंस'' अन्तःस्थापित किया जाये।

NOTIFICATION
No. F 5-7/VIII-Trans./2022.⸺ In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 23 of the Chhattisgarh Motoryan Karadhan Adhiniyam, 1991 (No. 25 of 1991), the State Government, hereby, makes the following further amendment in the said Adhiniyam, the same having been previously published as required by sub- section (1) of Section 23 of the said Act, namely:-

In Schedule of the said Adhiniyam,-
In column (2) of serial number 2 of Part-I of Second Schedule, after the words "Motor cars of any un-Iaden weight", the words "and ambulances" shall be inserted.
